It has been a welcome relief that the country that I am residing & working currently has got strict laws against bullying. And this is one of the first codes of conduct an employee is being asked to assimilate once the person joins any organisation over here. They name it as "Zero Tolerance" policy.

Same here Chandrima..laws against this rubbish behaviour, I will not tolerate this from any employer, but perhaps because the workers need their jobs, they will accept this behaviour..so trade unions wont help in India either??
