Ok so finally saw the episode and it was fun despite those nasty comments from SK on MS looks and weight.

Am in a bit of a muddle about the riddle puzzle and enigma that is Shaurya Khanna and who now seems to be behaving like a diluted version of the obnoxious boor he was until the pre-Sonal track (ps: however obnoxious SK was/is but Karan is just awesome as Shaurya - fab actor and super looking to boot!)

Was Meheks Friday confession that she loves him and wants their relationship to work some sort of a catalyst for he feelings he's had buried?

or
Have the CVs toned down the level of aggression and anger that SK had towards MS given the path his character and behaviour had reached

Or
Has he somewhere started feeling the burden of guilt due to his actions thereby triggering the redemption track

Or
Is he pretending with an ulterior Motive and being nice to Mehek and Mohit

Whatever it may be hopefully the CVs do not disappoint now and show some development in SKs character (some back story or his thoughts wouldn't harm) and a growth in the Mehrya relationship even if it means a culmination by way of Mehek returning to the Sharma's after she make SK realise and admit his sins. High time now.

My guess is he is aiming for an ulterior motive, in other words - his business profit. He is definitely going to trap the cousins using his shrewd tactics in the form of his "help". I did not find anything romantic in that scene, instead cruelty was written all over it. The makers should go and check that Pulitzer award winning snap of an extremely malnourished Sudanese toddler and the vulture (which shows the latter is waiting for the child to die), by Kevin Carter !!!</font>
