I was wondering that all the brothers are shown to be back in Mumbai, are both the shows going to show OM as their base?

is the shooting for both happening in the same location?

Though both the shows now will show Mumbai and OM, the sets are different... shivika's scenes have always been either in hall or shivaay's room n pool... so that is one set...

while rudra scenes will mostly be college scenes and omkara and gauri will be om's work shop, room and living room... so they hv recreated the hall in another set up as well...

No the sets of IB and DBO are different.

Oh is it? I assumed since now the shows are both gonna be in Oberoi mansion the sets would be the same but they would use different areas. Like for example if Shivaay and Anika are shooting in the room and Pool. The hall could be used for Omkara and DBO.

Likewise if the shoot is going on in Om's studio then the Hall would be used by Shivaay.

Coz thats How they used to shoot earlier.. one scene could be going on in Shivaays room and another scene was being shot by the other director using Om and Rudra in Omkara's room.

Another reason why I thought there were being shot on the same set was because when Shrenu was in OM dressed as a boy which is part of DBO then Nakuul and Surbhi were dressed for the wedding scenes and they were all interacting with one another.

Popeye... U can shoot only in one part of set at once coz else there is sound while u r shooting... So If shivika r being shot, rikara can't be shot... So Two diff sets r needed...the sets r in same suburbs... That scene where Gauri was serving them the drink... She must hv come to IB sets... That must hv been the news channel segment... Also if u remember surbhi did say she is going to miss Neha a lot as they will b at different sets now...
