I honestly have no idea but I hope it is not real.
Or maybe real but Karthik is in his own world maybe listening to music with earphones, dreaming about Naira, or missing his own mother and his mind is too occupied.

Kartiks no. 1 job is to dream abt Naira 😆 sab romance mein in dreams...

I doubt he will not be listening to Mansi unless he doesn't know Mansi is next to him which is what will probably happen
