I dont think Atharv is drugged. Suman didnt eat the laddoo coz there was something wrong with her hand. Remember she was trying to wrap herself in a blanket when he was next to her, as if she has body marks or burns that she wants to hide from him. She even had her hands wrapped in her dupatta while drinking water.

In the mandir scene today Atharv said he remembers only 4yrs of his life, and nothing prior to the 4 years. If he was being drugged he probably wouldnt remember anything from the previous day. My guess is his memory was wiped clean when he tried getting back to Vivi. Someone found him (Suman or Chintu) and fed him a story about him being Raghav. And now that's all he knows and believes.
