After changing into her night dress, Khushi walked out from the washroom and saw Arnav was lying on the bed relax. For a second she was confused seeing him so relax. "Ahem.. Ahem..!" She cleared her throat to get his attention.

Arnav looked at her side and smiled, "Oh.. Khushi.. Come..!"

She slightly smiled but her expression was filled with confusion. "Are.. Are we going to sleep together?" She asked with courage.

Arnav looked his both side which irritate her, "I'm talking to you Arnav."

"Oh..!" He slightly get up from his sleeping position. "I thought, you're asking someone else." He grinned.

"I'm not going to sleep with you." She said.

"Well, in that case.. You don't have any other option left. See..! No extra bed is available in the room. And by the way..." He walked to her and leaned close to her, "You declared that I'm your husband so what's there problem to sleep with your husband."

Khushi stomped her feet angrily and stepped back from him, "Listen, don't try to be over smart. I know you are doing all this intentionally. I.. I asked you help me no..! That's why you are doing all this. Right?"

"Wow.. Now I admit, you're intelligent. And I also confess, yes.. I'm doing all this intentionally. Now what? Will you complaint to your family? Just go on.. But for that prepare yourself, because for that, you have to tell them about our so called marriage." Arnav said with a smirk.

"You're.." She angrily glared at him as if anytime she could kill him right there. "I'm going to sleep with buaji."

"Okay.. As you wish." Arnav walked to the bed and grabbed the pillow and then handed to Khushi, "Your pillow.. And blanket.." He looked at the duvet which kept on bed. "Sorry.. Can't give you that. You have to arrange it for yourself."

"I don't need anything." She said as she throw the pillow on the bed and walked out from the room, Arnav smirked.

Khushi walked in her buaji's room amr saw her making the bed. Seeing Khushi at the door, she asked, "What happened bitua?"

"Buaji.." Khushi walked in, "I was thinking to sleep with you." She climbed on the bed.

"Why?" Buaji asked shock. "I mean, jamai jee is new here, you should tame care of him."

"Jamai jee, my foot.." Khushi murmured with her rolling eyes.

Seeing Khushi's expression, buaji asked, "Khushi, is everything alright between you two?"

"Y.. Yes buaji." She faked a smile.

"No.. I know, jamai jee might be angry on you. Garima was telling me how you were trying to convince him. Khushi, bitua.. You shouldn't leave him alone. Go in your room." Buaji strictly said.

"Buaji.. But..." Khushi didn't want to go but Buaji insisted her, so unwillingly she left.

Khushi walked in her room with disappoint, seeing her Arnav asked, "What happened Khushi? Buaji didn't allow you to be with her? So sad.. Never mind.. Come sleep." He gave her space on the bed but Khushi didn't bother to reply him.

She walked to the wardrobe and took out another blanket and made her bed on the floor and lay there.

It was midnight, Arnav and Khushi were peacefully sleeping on their respective place when Khushi felt ticklish on her hand, she didn't care and shook her hand slightly. After sometime later, she again felt ticklish and this time, she opened her eyes and gets shocked seeing a cockroach on her hand.

"Co.. Coc.. Cock.." She started sweating and her voice didn't reach her throat when suddenly she shouted, "Aaa... Cockroach.. Cockroach.." And she jumped on the bed.

Hearing her shout, Arnav woke up from his sleep and saw Khushi very close to him. He turned on the side light while getting up. "What the..! What are you doing..." But before Arnav could finish his word, Khushi hugged him tightly.

"Cockroach.. Cockroach..!"

"What? Where's Cockroach?" Arnav asked when Khushi pointed her finger at the floor. "Khushi.. There's nothing." He tried to pull her back from him.

"No.. No..!" She tightened her grip on his neck.

"Khushi, if you leave me, then I'll check. Leave me..!" Khushi left him trembling in fear.

Arnav checked her bed but nothing he found, "See.. Nothing is here."

"Sure..!" She asked while roaming her eyes around the room when Arnav turned at her and Khushi gulped in fear. She pointed her finger towards his shoulder. "T.. Th.. There..!"

Arnav turned his face at his shoulder and saw the Cockroach on his shoulder, he chuckled and hold it on his hand and walked towards Khushi who was pleading, "No.. Take.. Take it away.. No..!"

Arnav smirked seeing her scared, he pretend to throw the Cockroach at her when Khushi shouted, "Aaa...!" And this time she shouted in a high voice and that made everyone awake.

"Arnav.. Please.. Take it away." She requested.

"I didn't know you scared of Cockroach so much?" He laughed when they heard the family calling them.

"Khushi? Jamai jee..?" They called them.

Arnav saw Khushi ran to open the door, meanwhile Arnav throw the Cockroach out of the window. Khushi opened the door while wiping her sweats. "Khushi..? Are you fine? I heard you screaming?" Garima asked caressing her cheek.

"Arey jamai jee.. What happened?" Buaji ran to Arnav asking when she saw the scar on his neck. She feels embarrassed and looked at Arnav who had his head down and recalling Khushi's reaction, he was smiling.

"Khushi?" Garima looked at her daughter when Buaji said, "Oho Garima.. Try to understand. Let's go from here. They will manage."

"But jiji.." Garima looked at her confuse when Khushi Arnav looked on confuse. "Let's go. I'll explain you." Buaji said and looked at Arnav saying, "Sorry jamai jee.. You carry.." But paused and left from there along with Garima.

"Is your family mad?" Arnav asked seeing their weird behaviour. Khushi rolled her eyes and was going to leave when she noticed the scar on his neck, "What happened there?"

Arnav looked himself in the mirror and reminisced how Khushi hugged him tightly and also recalled how Buaji was looking at him. "Oh shit..!" Both said in unison.

"Cheee.. They thought I and you.. Yuck..!" She said disgust.

"Oh hello, even i don't have any interest." He said with rolling eyes. "Now go and sleep. You already spoiled my sleep." Saying this Arnav settled on the bed when he saw Khushi also settled beside him. He sarcastically looked at her.

"I feel scared of Cockroach. I won't sleep there."

"Whatever..! Now don't disturb me." He said and lay down.

Khushi also lay down but still she tossed on the bed, every now and then she was checking on Arnav which made him irritate. "Khushi, will you stop moving else I'll throw you out from the bed." He said with his closed eyes when Khushi stopped moving and closed her eyes.

Next morning, Arnav was getting bore as he was nothing to do here when Khushi walked in the room while brushing her hair and few water droplets sprinkled on his face, he looked at her and gets lost in her beauty.

Feeling his gaze on her, Khushi turned at him and saw him staring at her, she lifted her one eye brow indicating what.. When Arnav came back to his sense, "What? Why are you staring at me?" He asked.

"Am I staring?" She asked in disbelief.

"What else? Am I staring? Don't think much about me." Arnav said defending himself and left the room.

Arnav walked out from the room and sighed in relief when his phone rang. Arnav saw Anjali calling, he checked his surroundings and received the call. "How are you di?"

"I'm fine. How are you and when are you coming back?"

"Di, I told you no, it will take few days." He replied.

"Okay.. But where are you staying? You didn't take your belongings with you. How are you managing?" Anjali asked worried.

"Di, you don't worry. I'm absolutely fine here." He was talking with her when again one of family member arrived asking, "Arnav jiju.. Where's your wife?"

"Ugh.." Being nervous, Arnav hang up the call but Anjali clearly heard them. "Jiju? Wife?" She wondered curiously.

"Does di hear, our conversations? This family members.." He irately cursing them when he saw Mr Gupta was sitting alone in the garden area. Arnav went to greet him.

"Good morning.." Arnav said.

"Oh.. Good morning.." Mr Gupta looked up at Arnav, "Arnav..!" He replied.

"Have a seat Arnav."

Arnav smiled and took a sit, "How's your health uncle?"

"Better now. You tell me, you're feeling comfortable here?" Arnav nodded in reply. When Khushi came there with tea, she was making tea for her father when Mr Gupta said, "Make a cup for Arnav also."

"Yes bauji.."

But Arnav denied saying, "No Khushi.. I don't like tea. I prefer coffee."

Mr Gupta looked at Khushi confuse and then he asked, "Don't you know, he doesn't like tea? Didn't you serve him coffee yet?"

"Ugh.. I.. Umm..!" Khushi hesitated when Arnav enjoyed getting her scold though he didn't done it intentionally but he got another chance to irritate her. Arnav saw her getting scold badly so he defend her saying, "Let it be uncle. Actually I like both and usually it depends on my mood. And she knew it and she asked me before what I would like to have but I was on call, so couldn't answer her." Khushi looked at him shock as he was defending her for the first time.

"Oh.. I see.." Arnav smiled. "Well, where you both met for the first time?"

"Here.." Arnav replied and at the same time, Khushi replied, "Facebook."

Mr Gupta looked on confuse when Khushi cleared saying, "I mean.. Bauji, first we got to know each other through Facebook, then we talked via phone calls and then he came to meet me here. Right?" She sarcastically looked at Arnav who nodded with a relief smile.

"Arnav.. What do you do?" Mr Gupta asked.

"He works in a company." Khushi replied and at the same time Arnav replied, "I run my own company." As they both said different things, Mr Gupta looked at them suspicious.

"What?" He asked confuse.

"Actually uncle.. I.. I was working in a company before and then recently I joined my father's company."

Mr Gupta nodded being convinced when both sighed. "Arnav, I guess, you're quiet matured. Then how could you take such drastic step? Didn't you think about your family?"

Arnav looked at Khushi when she was going to say something but Mr Gupta stopped her saying, "I'm not talking with you."

"Uncle.. Someone told me, jab koi pyar mein hota hai, sahi galat samajh nahi aata." Arnav said looking at Khushi, "We love each other and that time, we thought that was the only way left. But now I understood, we should have talk with you. We are sorry uncle." Khushi also seek forgiveness.

Mr Gupta was going to say something but Garima arrived there, "Arnav jee, you haven't take your bath yet. Go..!"

Arnav nodded, "Yes. Even I have to buy some cloths for myself."

"Okay.. Khushi will take you." She replied when Khushi took him from there.

They walked in the room when Khushi said, "Thank you Arnav. You handled the situation well."

"I just hope, your lie won't put us in any trouble in future." Arnav said thoughtful.

"You don't worry. I'll tell them the truth. You have done enough for me. Today itself, I'll tell them everything." Khushi assured.

"Okay."

"Now, go and take bath.. Then we will go out. I'll show you our mall." She said excited when Arnav wondered, "Now where will she take me to show another wonder..!!"

Arnav and Khushi's moments are Hillarious.

Arnav handled the situation without making Khsuhi's father get suspicious about them.
