I think it's Maya only. She has that master mind and has no problem using/hurting others if they go against her.
Also when Maya had locked herself in the room, for a while they did show empty room so may be maya escaped for a while from room.

At this point, my gut feeling is more about who did not kill.. and that's Maya and Arjun.. they can not be fool to enough to kill the man the world knows is their enemy on their own wedding day.. why would they jeopardize their own wedding..? Maya is too much in love with Arjun and too eager to start leading a normal happy life with Arjun to have wanted to kill the man and risk that happiness.. knowing very well that if Ashwin gets killed or even harmed, the blame will fall on the two people who hate Ashwin i.e Arjun and Maya.. I have doubts on Jhanvi and Saanjh's father.. let's see.. I don't quite trust the inspector as well.. he's shady and has grudge against Maya coz of that slap incident.. he may have tampered with the reports..bribed the post mortem guy to make a fake report.. this is hindi drama anything's possible😆
