I liked today's episode. I believe that finally someone and someone's situation got through to Shaurya. And that was Sonal.
It took another girl and her abuse to cut through. When Mehak said that am so sorry, that I was so caught up in my problems tht I could not give you time, Shaurya's expression spoke volumes..
I choose to interpret it as, he realizes that he has been the cause of it and At a macro level, that gals face so many issues coz of males in their lives...
Second, when Sonal continues to say that initially men show a different face and you believe it.. only to be fooled later or on similar lines.. that there was lot of romance, clandestine meetings, etc initially but later the harassment started.. I felt thst Shaurya again felt guilty and he looked over at Mehak.. coz he did something on similar lines to her for his own ends... and not physically abusing Mehak in no way absolves him of his act.
Finally, he also understood the fighting spirit of Mehak today, when she says to Sonal that am with you and we will fight for justice.. not back down when Sonal says no Mehak mujhe koi tamasha nahi chahiye.. Mehak says darke nahi.. ladke jeeyenge..
He admired her or admitted to himself that he admired that spirit of hers..
This is my take away from today's epi..
