Kangana Ranaut is known to create a storm at the box office and in real life too. If she is a great actress on screen, she strongly believes in saying and doing things she deems fit off it as well. Hence when Sugandha Mishra mimicked her on Voice India, the actress reacted strongly. IANS reported, "Singers Salim Merchant and Shaan, who appear as coaches on the show, started to pull Sugandha's leg and asked her to mimic Kangana in front of her. To that, Kangana said: "I feel like slapping her". A source from the set said: "It was a nail biting moment after Kangana's shocking statement. It surely was an awkward moment for Sugandha, but she took it in a sporting spirit and continued with the shoot." When Mumbai Mirror asked the actress about it, she brushed it aside saying that was just done for fun!
Kangana admits, "That was for fun and the cameras. I wasn't really offended. But it's unfair to judge a person on looks, clothes, accent and other superficiality. I should know since I was bullied a lot in the early years."
The stellar cast of upcoming flick Rangoon Kangana Ranaut and Shahid Kapoor visited the sets of popular reality show The Voice India Season 2 to promote their movie. The cast, contestants and coaches had a gala time and to everyone's surprise the power packed little wonders of The Voice India Kids were a part of this special episode. It all started with Kangana Ranaut having an awe moment with contestant Niyam Kanungo when she accepted the request to go on a blind date with him. Kangana was seen shaking a leg with The Voice India Kids little wonder Ayat Shaikh. In the midst of Kangana having a gala time, Shahid Kapoor - the new dad on the block was seen learning nursery rhymes from the other small wonders on the sets.
