Guys i just read azaan's interview on tellychakkar(can't post it,as it is agaist if rules). He said that though khwaish faired poorly in india,it is don really well in pakistan and the response in dubai has been equally good.He also added that this show is targeted for pakistani viewers in general and this is the reason it has not done so well in india. So can u tell me,is it true?i personlly like this show and i believe that the weak viewership base of sony is to be blamed for its poor perfomance in india.Had it been on other channel like star or zee,it wud have been a success.

^ Article or link, it's the same thing, you're not allowed to post any content from that site whatsoever.

@ topic: Khwaish was started by Balaji for ARY viewers in Pakistan, and then aired on SONY for Indian people. It was started for better relationships between the two countries, a show about a Muslim family abroad that would be showed on both a Pakistani channel and Indian channel. Seems like the show is hit in Pakistan, but probably not on SONY because of the competition- other shows- and because the story isn't very juicy anymore. The Kabir mystery is taking too long and quite boring.
