On what basis girls are abducted in Cruelpur😕

So far only Shivani's case is somewhat understandable as it was Kundali related

But what about others?

Like in Rashmi's case they entered the train and kidnapped her

Did they select Rashmi because she was the only girl in the AC compartment😕

Did they knew Rashmi's background😕

What if Rashmi had been already married😕

What about the family members of the girl, why they don't search for the girl😕
