Sometimes one should listen to the older generation, because they have experience on their side and they talk with wisdom. So today when Sujata, Uma and Daadi all told Ravish to let them go to Ajmer, he should have listened and not been so stubborn. Because if he had let them go like they wanted, perhaps we could have avoided all the drama that happened.
I'm going to address Suman first. I really gave this woman the benefit of the doubt so many times because I really did feel that at the end of the day she would develop some kindness towards Atharv. Not only is he Ravish's older brother, but he saved his life and brought him home safely. Atharv also didn't take anything that Ramakant bequeathed him including the house that the Vashishts are so comfortably living in. But instead of caring for Atharv, she's beginning to hate him more and more.
And I just can't understand Ravish. Yes his heart is broken, so why is he making ViTharv marry in the house where it's clear that no one is happy. Not one single person! It was the mehndi today and the only person who was excited was Adda! And poor Vividha looked as if she's about to cry any minute! She was still hurting because Atharv was not talking to her about his feelings. And then Ravish told her he wouldl be the first one to put mehndi on her. I mean what even!
I left Atharv for the last because he is the one I care about most together with Vividha. And today he disappointed me yet again with his thoughts, his words and most of all the stunt he pulled in the end.
I actually don't know where this new found love and responsibility towards Ravish has come from. I mean, what about his promises and responsibility to Vividha. He promised her that no one would keep them apart. Well ironically he's doing that himself.
Atharv still believes that Vividha loves Ravish and he can see that Ravish is attempting and failing badly to hide his pain. And on top of that he feels guilty that by taking Vividha away, he is breaking up a household. He is thinking of everyone but Vividha. Where are his obligations towards her. What about her choice! Does that not even matter because Atharv is feeling guilty about his brother.
I know we're all so upset with the character butchering of Atharv Sujata because we all know that phase one Atharv would never have pulled a stunt like pretending to fall down the stairs and become a baby again.
Vividha once told Ravish that she knew Atharv would never pretend because he knew she was his. And that's why it hurts even more because we know that Vividha is going to be devastated by Atharv's deceit.
