Are they separated or divorced?

I'm still confused 😆

Full fandom has this question...may be ...we will get valid answer in future by CVs.

Normally any couple has to live together for 6 months from filing of divorce even in case of mutual consent and then they are granted divorce.. If that was the case then sonas pregnancy could not be hidden.. Anyways divorce does not happen overnight and it is practically impossible to hide pregnancy then.. I think the writers are as confused as us or are taking creative liberty.

CVs have to tell us. I don't think they will let us know. I feel they are separated.

Yest...Dev asked why Sona didn't marry again...so if he is asking that then it shud mean they are divorced otherwise how can she can get remarried.

Now govt has made the rule if couple stay separated for 2years they can be considered divorced

Usually The marriage gets dissolved when a married couple lives separately for 7 yrs so I think They are separated as well as divorced!😉
