Saanjh has put aside her pain and kept arjun's happiness above her own here knowing that he loves maya, and instead of being an obstruction in arjun's happiness and trying to separate maya from him, she is paving the way for him by offering her unconditional support so he can marry maya. And arjun only said that he loves her as a friend, so why are you getting so hyper about that. Arjun hasn't ditched anyone at this point so calm down people.

But even still, I don't think getting up from the Mandap is a good idea, or polite. Whatever he has to say to Saanjh he can even tell her later. I get he wanted to show his appreciation. But leaving the woman you are about to marry and getting up from the altar is not an acceptable action.

Saanjh without being some cliche trying to separate Maya and Arjun, she is putting his happiness above hers. She is a good friend, I will never deny that. Arjun showing his appreciation for her is valid, but he should know where and when to do it.
