About Sandhya!

So, i just started watching this serial and i have one legit confusion!

Who the hell is Sandhya and what is her relationship with the Chauhans?
She was first introduced as a Spokesperson of Bharat Industries
Sometimes she appears to be NK's wife (Not forgetting that NK treats Nirmala and Sandhya differently)
Other times she is called Nirmala's friend 😲
One thing i noticed is that she appears genuinely concerned about Karan😕

It's probably confusing since i skipped some parts in an attempt to gobble the epis quickly,😆 but have they cleared who she actually is- Is she ONLY the friend of Nirmala who stays there and 'helps' her, which is probably why the children calls her Maasi?
If she is only a 'friend'- why does she have the right to make some major decisions?

Somebody please help

She is just a confusing character. They have still not cleared who she is.
Sometimes I think she is NK's secret wife but she calls him Bhaisaab. A tiny bit of me thinks she must be dadu's najayas daughter lol.
She is too loyal to the family and her concern is not only towards Karan... she would do anything for NK even if he is wrong and she is nice to Nirmala as well, kkk like her as well.
So far no one seems to like her on this forum but looking at her loyalty towards the family, I think she is not that bad inside.

There are so many dark characters and think this show will last a long time with all the secrets coming out one by one.

At first I thought she had a crush on NK but there are no stolen glances etc. Dadu does not seem to have a problem with her being around. Nirmala said that she learnt the ways of the affluent from Sandhya who was kind enough to help her. All very confusing.

but she behave like nk s wife. even they Wear matching clothes . nk also give he mor important than his own wife.

She is an employee who is now very much part if the family. She guided Nirmala but I find at times she does take digs at Nirmala.
She is her Bhaisaab's wafadaar.

I think she is just an efficient but over glorified personal assistant. She has worked long with the Chauhans and earned their trust. Like Jeeves of PG Wodehouse - always knows what to do, when to do it and how to do it.
