kone kone se logo ne tumhe vote kiya hai, jitna pyar tumhe mila hai ho sake to kashmiriyo me wo baant dena

This is not a negative statement ....
This actually means after the earthquake ... kashmiris need love and support and since qazi has an abundance of these... he should share it with the kashmiris..
