Part 5
Raman was still lost in his thoughts while ishita was gone after informing him . It was Friday and tomorrow was parents teacher meeting of shravu so ishita is going to attend same and will spend some time with shravu . Moreover she has to makeup for last time as she came early that day .On her last visit to dehradun she was worried about adi Ru and raman but this time she is free from their end because Raman is recovering slowly in her physiotherapy center while adi Ru are doing well with mihika and romi .
Next day ishita went to Raman before leaving for airport and saw him sitting in his bed ,looking out .She went to him and wished him Good morning ,he turned listening to her and asked " arey doc ,you ,you were going to dehradun na ."
I- yeah ,I m just leaving ,just come to see you .
Raman became a bit happy thinking that may be she too liked it thats why but next moment his happiness was gone when he listened that she always give a check to her patients before she leave for somewhere .Ishita then instructed Raman to take his medicines on time , do his exercise in time and take good care of himself .He nodded and she was gone ,he just looked at her retreating figure.
He then closed his eyes and tried to catch some sleep but cannot ,he just started thinking randomly but his thoughts stopped on ishita only.He recalled how everyone in his house has left hope that he will ever recover while Raman was just counting his left over days as he had given the hope of living but one day someone suggested about Dr ishita iyer's name to romi . Romi was Lil hesitant to visit her as he enquired about her and come to know that she is a nice doctor but along with that her fees is too high but mihir encouraged him to visit for once and they went to meet ishita .The hopeless meeting turned to be miraculous one as it totally changed not only Raman but whole bhalla family ,his kids are now happy ,earlier they use to roam here and there like orphan child as romi goes to office leaving them on nanys ,romi himself was juggling between office and house ,and was unable to manage anything and Raman he was almost a dead body but now he has become a person full of life who is trying his level best to recover from his sickness .
He recalled the incident when they fed him the soup containing mushroom without knowing that he is allergic to it .
Flashback
Ishita entered his room on her daily round and saw many red patches on his body and he was itching everywhere .She got worried looking to him and asked what happened ,he told
" don't know but this happens when he had allergies ".
I- what you had in breakfast ,something from out .
Raman was about to tell but she stopped him in mid and went out almost running ,after a while she returned with a ice ,folded in s piece of cloths ,she started applying it on his rashes .She was applying it ,blowing air from her mouth while he was just looking at her who was so much concerned about him being non to him while his own wife left him when he was in bad condition .Ishita then glanced at him and was about to ask but their eyes met and they shared a beautiful eyelock which didn't lasted for long as the nurse who brought his medicine called them .Ishita straightened herself and gave him his medicines ,after a while he felt bit relax but that whole day she was keep on checking him time to time . Later when she came to know that it all happened because of mushroom she stopped all the food made by mash room in her center .
Flashback ends
Raman smiled fully recalling the incident and spoke to himself " Raman don't over think she is just unreachable for you .you are a married man whose wife has left him with his two kids while she is single ,she is a well settled doctor while your business is just breathing ,you can't even walk on your legs while she is treating you .Raman stop thinking about her as you two are just not compatible if she us sky you are not even earth. ".
Thinking so he shrugged the thought and started looking for his kids as its time for their coming .
On the other hand ishita boarded in flight and closed her eyes just to relax for sometimes and her thought automatically went towards Raman , though she has already told him and his attendant to take care of him but now also she was unsure as she very well know that Raman is too careless ,he always need motivation and push .A unknown smile crept on her face on his thought ,she recalled the day when she went to him to check his sugar level .
Flashback
Ishita took her accu- check machine and went to his room ,he was reading some business magazine when she entered the room .She ask for his finger so that she can Pierce the needle and check ,he looked at the needle and spoke withdrawing his hand ," doc if you want you can take whole syringe of blood of please don't poke it in my finger ,bahut dard hota hai ".
I- arey Mr bhalla you are a grown man and you are fearing of this small needle .
R- you don't know how dangerous this needle is ,aapko nahi lagti na that's why.
believe me bahut dard hota hai .
Ishita smiled a bit listening to him and spoke " OK I m not doing anything you just look out and see had adi ruhi has come or not ".
Raman looked out to check on adiru in the mean time ishita took his hand and pinch the needle in it ," ouch " he moaned in pain and spoke pulling his hand " that's not good doc ,you are cheating ,you fooled me "
I(taking his finger and pressing it in slide )- that's not cheating but its trick Jo ki hum doctors ko karni padti hai aap jaise darpok patients ke saath .
R- whatever ,but remember you are a cheater .
I- and you coward .
R- stop saying that .
I- you too stop calling me cheater .
R(making a baby face )- but you tricked me .
I(scolding him )- enough Mr bhalla ,now just keep quite and let me check .
Raman stopped talking and looked at her quietly while she checked his sugar level and spoke after checking it " Mr bhalla you are recovering very fast ,just some days more and I will make you walk on your feet ".
R( happily )- sachchi doctor ,it can happen .
I- yeah ,just don't leave hope and keep trying.
Raman thanked again and spoke " you are my hope ,as long as you are with me ,I have hopes ."
Flashback ends
Ishita smiled recalling his words that she is his hope .
Ishita POV .
I don't know what's the force which pulls me towards this family but I can't stop myself thinking and doing as much as I can .I feel happy to see smile of their faces ,I don't know but I want Mr bhalla to be ok as soon as possible .I agree I give more importance to him than my other patient but I can't help it ,I like to spend more and more time with him .don't know what has happened to me but I have started assuming me in that family .I know it can't happen but adi and ruhi I love them like I love shravu,they are also my kids as shravu is ,so its nothing bad in assuming myself as their mother as I m shravu mother like that I m their mother .
She was lost in her thoughts when the plane landed .She booked the cab and went to shravu's school ,attended PTM .She got happy knowing shravu has again scored highest marks in his examination and also stood first through out in std 5.She was also informed that they have a week holiday so parents can take their kids to their home .
Shravu was too excited as he can spend time in home ,ishita too got happy that she can take good care him along with bhalla's .Ishita abd shravu spebd some time in dehradun, then packed him bag and returned back on the same day .
