I am not a fan of superhero movies until now, that's my husband's thing along with scifi and futuristic crap. But my curiosity about those Batman undies Shaurya wore made me watch the "The Dark Knight" movie just now. I realized that I love this Batman guy. Unlike other super heroes, who have crazy super powers, Batman is a normal human being. He just had a purpose in life and he trained hard to fulfill that. I am too lazy to type the characterizations of both Batman and Catwoman, so here is the wiki link. Sounds a lot like Shaurya Khanna we knew a week or so ago. CVs, if you are actually modelling Shaurya after the Dark Knight, then you need to know that Batman has a moral code. F**k he doesn't kill Joker when he easily could! And I am sure he never ever abused a woman. A gentleman always behaves with a woman in a civil manner, no matter how much he hates her. 😡Okay without deviating too much, after watching the movie, I felt that Batman falls on border between light and the dark. He is an obsessive control freak and has an intimidating persona. He breaks law when he thinks it serves a higher purpose. He even takes responsibility of someone else's crimes for the greater good and lets the people hate him.
Catwoman, on the other hand, is a bad girl with a good heart. She was a timid girl who dies and is born again as a sassy cat burglar wielding a whip. Somewhat like how meek Mahek died and a Sherni was born... until she again turned into a doormat two days ago😡. Again, I don't want to deviate. The point I want to make is that Catwoman and Batman share this interesting relationship of romance cum conflict, he being a superhero and she being a supervillain. But I think they both are borderline personalities right on the line where dark meets light.
Is it just me, who thinks there are crazy similarities in the supporting characters? Batman's butler's name is Alfred and Shaurya's butler's name is Awara; Batman's sidekick is Robin and Shaurya's sidekick used to be Rajeev; Batman has a friend in the Police named Gordon and Shaurya also has a friend in the police whose name I don't know; and Mamaji's character is somewhat like Joker, who looks comic but is a psycho criminal.
So what am I implying through this whole post?! NOTHING! 😛 Just some crazy ramblings of a just born Batman fangirl.😆
