We really don't know much in regards to her feelings for Rangeela at the moment.

At the moment the betrayal has her reeling to feel any other emotions of love or otherwise. But, yes her above sentence indicates sentiments that would be an indication of a girl for whom the world revolves solely around her husband.
It would be a sweeping statement to say it's like a typical Indian woman but yes definitely of one raised with those values.
