That is "IF" the well has water , only then can Suraj drink enough water and besides if the well has water, they will both drown in it , coz it's deep

But if I watch the Insta video of Meera, it doesn't look like the well has water 😕

I think they'll keep the well dry (at least I hope they do), then Suraj can get both of them out.If the well is water-filled, then Suraj IN HIS PRESENT CONDITION doing heroics; would be far-fetched.
