Yesterday's episode ended with Anika saying "no" to Shivaay. In other words, no, she'll not go home with him as she doesn't want his mother's heart to be broken because of her.

In today's episode, she's with Shivaay, entering OM.

What happened? How did Shivaay convince Anika to follow him home?

I had imagined all kinds of scenarios such as Shivaay stumbling again and making it clear to Anika if she really & truly cared about him, she would come home and look after him. Another possibility was Shivaay physically forcing Anika into the car. & the list goes on.

Without the explanation of how Shivaay got her home, it's going to keep playing on my mind.

Annika, like Shivvay, is very firm on her promises and does not take them lightly, we know that.
It would have to be something as serious as him emotionally blackmailing her about his health or threatening to harm himself I am sure. We all know that she is paranoid where his safety is concerned and is fearful of any harm coming to him. I can only think of that as a reason as Shivvay will not force or threaten her with Sahil or anything else anymore. He is way past that stage after the shooting incident. Besides, he knows he does not need that line of blackmail anymore becuz HE himself is an important enough reason to make her bend to his demands.

She did not look very happy that she had been forced to come back. Even at the entrance she hesitated and looked very uncomfortable about breaking a promise to his mother. He had to actually hold her hand and pull her inside the house and held her hand till they reached the room.

He knows Annika always puts others first and her needs last that is why with the full 'haq' as a husband he is doing what is right for his wife's well being. That is all I ever wanted from Shivvay - him admitting and asserting that she is his wife without shame or reservations in front of all.

What is also important is that he is doing it for her and nothing she says will make him back down from protecting her. No promise, vows, oaths should come between a husband and wife, who truly love each other, in my opinion. Anyone trying to do that is committing a grave sin because they are joined by God.
