Enjoyed Naina, today, as well đ She literally opened the can of insults for Tau and Tai by telling them that if they are already laying open the issue with the money they should tell everything - 20% interests plus the land property đ But what I want to focus on might a less obvious scene but it stuck to me:
Sharda was worried for her brother and Bhabi, who had left the marriage, but couldn't go and stop them because she was performing the kanyadhaan. Seeing her mother distressed, Naina's thought was, "Mujhe Mumma ke liye Mamaji or Mamiji ko laana ho ga" (not word for word, lol).
Calling Vishnu and his wife back because they had a right to be there, because they had done so much for them would have been a valid enough reason, and usually what any lead would have thought about in such a moment. Yet, Naina only thought about getting them back because her mother was distressed and worried - selfish? In a good way, in my opinion đ
It's really interesting to see how both sisters would do anything for their mother, in their own ways. And don't ask, this one thought of Naina's just struck me! đ Makes me wonder that when she agrees to her own wedding and she will do it for her mother (and sister), will that be all she will think about? Not giving a second thought to whether Karan would be agreeable (which she would guess that he wouldn't be) to this marriage (at least, in that very moment when she agrees)? It'd be interesting, for sure đ
