Spoiler Alert!!

So enters the Baahubali and forces the poor Devsena to marry him. Well if this confuses you then trust me you are on the right track!

I have to really give it to Saurabh Tiwari and his consistency for coming up with marriages that are most hatke and makes you go "what the".

To begin with we have Rangeela, who feels the stab of his guilt, guilt at having destroyed a life that was free and happy until yesterday. He has a heart unlike what is expected of him and that heart messes up with his brain that is sworn to servitude to his Sarkaar. At this moment his brain rakes his system and he is standing their advocating his Sarkaar's cause, but the seed of what is right and wrong is taking a root in him. For all the blood and gore that he has witnessed hasn't still hardened his heart and that will either prove to be his curse or his final release.

Today I actually drew comparison between Rangeela and Meghnad, a tragic anti-hero. Both principled men, righteous in their conduct but sworn to an allegiance that not just wrong but filthy, and that opened the chasm of doom. Let's see where Rangeela's journey takes him to. To his final freedom or an impending doom.

Special mention to Veer here, he is truly heartless, Rangeela is his best weapon and that is the prime reason why he holds him close. They day the services of this lethal weapon will be no longer required, it would be dismantled and done away with! Also the shaadi that will make you scratch your head for days to come, truly done Baahubali style. Difference being there was Mahadev and here Shivani. (In case you are wondering then Shivani is one of the names of Adi-Shakti Parvati!!😉)

So watch the most hatke shaadi and enjoy the maddening place that is Berehmpur.😆

P.S. I really felt bad for on-screen Shivani, but again snowdrops when thrown in flames are to die, no matter how much you try!

P.P.S. Maldawali ke pati ne maari entry. And he feels not-so-kameena in front of the lot. Aao isne bhi dekh leven!

P.P.P.S. Amrish Puri and Madhuri Dixit waali shadi ho gayi, ab bas vo dialogue bhi bak do, "Thara pati hoon."🤣

"Your wish shall not be granted" 😎

Thara Pati hoon toh milne se raha. 😭

For a change, instead of feeling bad for Shivani, I actually cheered for her. Instead of meekly taking everything lying down like many probably thought she would, she was fighting- for all the strength of a furious kitten perhaps, but she was!

Once her initial shock, feeling of betrayal and hurt wore off somewhat, she started resisting. She resisted wearing the new joda until the threat of getting amputated. She resisted the tattoo, she resisted the pheras. And all this despite the sword of death or worse hanging over her head!

Who is Meghnad, btw? I don't think I've heard of him. Rangeela is also very much like The Hound (Sandor Clegane) from GoT- loyal to a house and sworn shield of a miserable piece of shit. But while in Hound's case, he was really, REALLY powerful and had an incompetent Master, Veer is anything but incompetent.

That's what makes it all the more lethal! It's exactly as you have described.

Rangeela is bound to his Master but perhaps fear works as a factor too.

While he was not personally involved in any of the other two girl's abduction, Shivani is a different case.

And I believe it's his personal involvement which have sowed the seeds of change in him.
