He shouted while entering his room.
"What's wrong Mayank? Why are you shouting for no reason?"
She questioned, coming out of the veranda.
"Aha.. so there you are."
He said holding her by her waist.
"What's the matter?"
She asked looking at his unusually cheerful mood.
"Nothing. What could it be?"
He asked leaning closer and placing a peck on her cheeks.
"There must be something because today my Irritating, annoying and stupid husband is more interested in looking at his wife than his laptop. All okay right?"
She asked trying to free herself from his grip.
"If that's the case then something is surely different about my wife too today."
He held her tighter than before.
"What's different may I know Mr.Sharma ?"
She inquired looking into his deep black eyes.
"Against odds today my wife is complaining about her husband."
"You have given me reasons Mr.Sharma. Not my fault."
She smirked.
Enjoying his wife's reformed behaviour he said
"Let's go out today. Just the two of us."
"If you haven't noticed then I should draw your attention to the fact that it's raining outside."
She said pointing towards the pouring sky.
"So ? I am already aware of that."
"Where is my husband?"
She asked with a serious face while catching hold of his collar.
Smiling he pretended
"Your husband has been arrested for neglecting his wife and he has sent me to take care of you."
"Is it?"
"Yes."
He said while keeping his forehead on hers.
"Come on get ready. You have five minutes I won't wait longer than that."
"If I am unable to get ready within that limit of yours, then?"
"Then I shall pick you up likes this and carry you till the car."
He picked her up and moved towards the wardrobe. Widening her eyes , she said
"I am sure my husband has been kidnapped."
"Your time starts now."
He said making her stand on the ground.

Nupur has always loved the rains and never leaves a chance to go out and enjoy getting drenched .And Mayank? He would rather sit at home with a cup of coffee with his favourite novel than undertaking such childish adventures. But love changes everything. Doesn't it? It is true in their case at least. Mayank to see his wife enjoy to the fullest can do anything and is actually atking her out in the rains today. Man this emotion has some great powers.

She asked looking at the drops of rain making their way down her window with a wide smile on her face.

Not getting an answer she looked at him

She shouted and waved her hand in front of him, seeing him lost.
"The signal has turned green."

He scolded himself mentally, pressing the accelerator.
He smiled thinking about the effect his wife still has on him after five years of marriage.
"mayank I asked you something."
Nupur pouted while demanding an answer.
"Sorry Nupur I wasn't paying attention."
He confessed.
She gasped and said
"This is what happens after marriage."
She mumbled.
"Sorry yaar please. I am listening now. "
"I don't want to say anything."
"Please Nupur. I said I am sorry I really am."
"Where are we going?"
"Umm...not very far."
"Well, that doesn't answer my question."
She raised her brows.
"Some questions are better left unanswered."

"Beach ?"
She asked in excitement.
"Yes my love. I know how much you love the beach and that too during the rains."
"But Mayank I don't believe you are allowing me to go out in the rains."
"Who said I will let you go out? YOu are just going to sit here with me in the car and enjoy the beauty of nature."
"Please Mayank."
"If I don't go out then what's the point?"
She pleaded making a baby face.
"I am sorry wife .I"ll get you some pakodas. Hope that will make things up."
He said stopping his car before a stall.
"Only if I get an ice cream too."
He looked at her glaring but seeing that innocent face he couldn't refuse.
"Okay but only one."
"Umm.. lets see."
He chuckled.
"You are still a baby."
"I know that Mr.Sharma."
