Good morning guys... I am back with my imagination... Nothing like this happened in the show... It wont happen either... But just my thought... Hope u like it...

Tenu itna main pyaar karaa,

Ek pal vich sau baar karaa,

Tu jaave je menu chadke,

Maut da intezaar karaa...

Dev stood stunned hearing what his mother had said- "Yahi teri kasauti hai Dev... Nahi toh phaad ke phenk de in kaagaz ko aur bacha le apna rishta... Waada karti hoon tujhse, main abhi bhi Sonakshi ko apnane ke liye taiyyar hoon... Lekin aisa karna tabhi jab tu iss rishte ko puri umr nibha sakega... Warna jaa aur jaakar Sonakshi ke dastakhat le aa inn kaagzaat par... Khatam karde wo rishta humesha ke liye... Teri dubara aisi haalat ho gayi, toh jo hoga uska zimmedaar tu khud hoga... Kyuki tab main khud tujhe saza dungi Dev... Aur teri saza teri maa ki saza hogi...Kyuki tab main tujhe chodh kar chali jaaungi... Na main tera saath dungi, na tere saath rahungi... Chun le tujhe kya chunna hai... Ek taraf tera pyaar, jo kabhi parwaan chadhega ya nahi kisi ko nahi pata... Aur dusre taraf teen behenein aur teri maa..." He kept looking at the prenup papers... His eyes were clouding with tears... Such deceit? By his own mother? For what? Money? amenities? Security? Company? What else? The man who made this all possible, he wasn't a security himself? WHY??? Dev felt he was broken... Cheated by those whom he was in a fiduciary relationship with... His own real blood related mother... Dev felt his throat burning trying to control his anger... His tears... His emotions... What does he do?

"Vicky, ye papers phaad ke phenk de... Mujhe koi prenup-wrenup nahi maanna... Phaad de, jala de, destroy kar de... Par Sona ke haath nahi lagne chahiye... Main nahi chaahta ki wo soche ki maine kabhi bhi uske pyaar par shak kiya..." Dev handed over the papers to his devil turned angel brother who was pretending fairly of being the best brother...

Ke tere liye duniya chodh di hai,

Tujhpe hi saans aake ruke,

Main tujhe kitna chaahta hoon,

Ye tu kabhi soch na sake...

"DEV!!" Sonakshi barged into Dev's farmhouse in anger... Holding prenup papers that Vicky had conveniently manipulated the situation before her...

"I am sorry Sonakshi... Mujhe kuch yaad nahi... Main hosh mein nahi tha... Tum sab kuch bhool jaao... Main tumhare saare loans chuka dunga... Tumhare maa baba ko unka ghar mil jaayega... Tum sab bhool jaao..." Dev was trying hard to keep himself on his feet...

"Kya strategy hai... Ye prenup papers toh aapne hosh mein sign kare they? Sonakshi was accusing him...

Dev was holding his head tight... His head was throbbing in pain... his eyes were red and hot fat tears were pouring out of them... He plopped on the chair with a thud... He didn't answer... Sonakshi also stopped a second in anger to see him sit back... He looked up at her pleadingly... "Mere sar mein bohot dard ho raha hai... Please kuch kar do... Phir baat karein? Please Sonakshi main marr jaaunga iss sar dard se..." Dev was begging to her...

Sonakshi shook her head frustratingly... She is fighting with this man about all the shit he has done to their marriage, and this guy wants a cure for a hangover he had imposed on himself on his own will...? She fumingly went into the kitchen to see something for him...

Dev walked with heavy head towards the door, Vicky had conveniently taken their car and was off and that bloody man of his brother gave Sonakshi the prenup papers... A muscle in his jaw tickled as well that on his temple... He was fuming... His head was throbbing in pain and his marriage was in shambles now... He needs to get them both out of this mess TOGETHER... no other option... But how? He wondered... First, for a start, close this door... Dev had locked the main wooden door of this farmhouse, and hid the key under the couch... At least they both will have no escape, and nobody else will have an entry...

Sonakshi banged a cup of strong ginger tea on the table before him... He quietly drank it... Honestly it was burning his throat as good as that Whisky was, but he felt better... At least the sense of nausea that was building coz of the ache was lowering... He drank it dutifully... She slammed a few bottles of water from the fridge before him... "Peejiye isko continuously... You will feel better..." Sonakshi took another chair next to him, and hid her face in her arms on the counter before her... She felt angry and exhausted... She waited for him to be done with all this hangover thing, so that she can talk...

"Ho gaya? Ab baat karein hum?" Sonakshi's anger was shooting again once he was done with all the primary things for instant removal of hangover...

"Sonakshi, meri baat suno..." Dev spoke seriously... He looked activated, his tongue wasn't slurring...

"Dev, kuch nahi hai kehne-sunne ko... Aapne ye shaadi se pehle sign kiya hai... Poorey hosh mein... Itna bhi meri intelligence ko test mat keejiye..." Sonakshi was livid...

"Nahi-nahi... Ye toh, maine Vicky ko baahar phenkne ke liye diye they... Inki koi value nahi hai... Main humesha ke liye tumhare saath rehna chaahta hoon Sonakshi... Main humare rishte ko ek aur chance dena chaahta hoon..." Dev spoke seriously...

"Wow! Aapne kaha, aur maine maan liya? Humne iss baare mein already baat ki thi, phir bhi aapne aisa kiya? Aapko kya lagta hai mujhe aapke paison se pyaar hai? Main ispe sign karke prove kar dungi that it is not so..." Sonakshi kept the papers on the counter, pulled Dev's pen from his shirt pocket and begin to sign it...

"Nahi Sonakshi, tumhe isko sign karne ki bilkul zaroorat nahi hai... Main aisa bilkul nahi chaahta..." Dev was stopping her...

"Chodiye, main ispe sign karke hi rahungi... I don't give one damn that how rich you are..." Sonakshi proceeded to sign the papers...

Dev was angry, he just pulled the paper from the bar counter in his hand... "Maine mana kar diya na tum ispe sign nahi karogi, matlab nahi karogi..." Dev's eyes were defying... He challengingly looked at her and teared the entire legal document into pieces and fed all the garbage into the fireplace that gulped down the venom into the marriage into thin air.

Kuch bhi nahi hai ye jahan,

Tu hai toh hai ismein zindagi,

Ab mujhko jaana hai kahan,

Ke tu hi safar hai aakhri,

Ke tere bina jeena mumkin nahin,

Na dena kabhi mujhko tu faasle,

Main tujhko kitna chaahti hoon,

Ye tu kabhi soch na sake,

Tere liye duniya chodh di hai

Tujhpe hi saans aake ruke,

Main tujhe kitna chaahta hoon,

Ye tu kabhi soch na sake...

Tears formed into Sonakshi's eyes once she saw him destroying that paper, she left lost- "Aap chaahte kya hain Dev? Aap mere samajh kyu nahi aate? Kabhi aap aisi cheezein karte hain jinse dil ke tukde ho jaate hain, aur kabhi aap mere hi toote dil ke tukdo ko jigsaw puzzle ki tarah baithke jodte hain... Main aapko kyu nahi samajh paati? Aap itne mysterious kyu hain Dev?"

If there were a film of tears in Sonakshi's eyes, there was a huge tornado of tears falling from Dev's eyes... He had plopped down on the floor next to the couch, his head in his palms, he was crying like a baby... Totally broken... "I wish Sonakshi I could answer your questions... Meri life mein har cheez itni jet speed pe chalti hai ki ruk kar, palat kar mauka hi nahi milta ke dekhoon, kya hua, kya nahi hua, kya sahi hua kya galat hua... Bas zindagi daudaati rahi, aur main daudta gaya... Par ek cheez achhi hui thi meri zindagi mein- TUMHARA AANA... Sab kuch badal gaya, main badal gaya... Humne kitni mushkilo se shaadi ki hai... Sonakshi, tum aayi toh meri pareshaaniyaan kitni tumne le li, kitni baatein tum akeli seh jaati thi... Bilkul uss umbrella ki tarah jo mujhe thoda bigota bhi hai, aur thoda bachata bhi hai... Sonakshi you were my relief!" Dev spoke earnestly...

"I was, and now I am not... That is why just because I accidentally collided with your mother and you threw me out of your house first, then threw all of us out of my baba's house... And tab bhi itni himmat nahi ki khud aayein, Vicky ko bheja Humein ghar se dhakke maarne ke liye? Shame on you Dev! And you had the audacity to cancel my call when I CALLED?" Sonakshi felt disgusted... Her anger replacing the pain in her eyes...

"Sonakshi, maine bohot yaad karne ki koshish ki... maine bohot pee thi.. Phir main aur Vicky yahin couch pe so gaye they... Next mujhe yaad hai maa ne uthaaya tha hum dono ko... Inn sab ke beech maine kab Vicky se kaha tha tumhare ghar jaane ke liye, mujhe yaad hi nahi aa raha... Aur tumhara call maine kab cut kiya? Mujhe toh ye bhi yaad nahi hai..." Dev was tapping his pockets to check his cellphone to confirm all that happened... "Mera phone kahan hai?" he patted his shirt, front pockets of his trousers, his back pockets, coffee table, bar counter, everywhere... The phone was nowhere... "Sonakshi please ek baar aur call do na, mujhe phone nahi mil raha..." Dev requested Sonakshi sitting on his knees before her... She angrily again picked her phone up, this man is such a mess, he can't even remember where he kept his phone... She gave a call on it... Two rings and the call was disconnected again... Sonakshi looked alarmingly at Dev... He had his hands in the air showing her he had no phone in his hand, and was not disconnected by him...

"Phir aapka phone kahan hai?" Sonakshi asked him stunned...

"Wait..." Dev now understood... He stood up and picked the cordless landline from the other table and dialed Vicky's number, his voice again was slurred, Sonakshi knew this time he was pretending- "Yaar Vicky, tu kahan hai? Ye Sonakshi ko yahan kisne bulaaya tha... Chali gayi... Chodh diya maine usko... Chali gayi... Tu aa na, baith ke sharaab peete hain... Achha, tu so ja ghar pe... Gunnite..." Dev disconnected the call... He looked at Sonakshi... He came and sat next to Sonakshi, putting the cordless between their ears so that she can hear too... He now dialed his phone number, and it was picked up this time-

"Ab kya hua Dev bhai?" Vicky's voice could be heard...

"Arre... Shorry! Phir shey lag gaya call... Shorry!" Dev pretended drunk profusely... He disconnected the call, and now looked at Sonakshi... She was stunned was an understatement...

"Dev?" Sonakshi's eyes were wide open in bewilderment... And now she saw defeat in Dev's eyes...

"Sonakshi, mujhe sach-sach bataana, kya main ek bura beta, bura bhai, bura insaan hoon? Kya main itna bura hoon ki apne hi gharwalo ke saath bura karoonga?" He was pleading ...

Sonakshi cupped Dev's cheeks for she knew he is breaking down now- "Nahin Dev, maine humesha aapse kaha hai, aap duniya ke sabse achhe bete aur bhai hain... Aapke isi dedication ki bhi ek wajah thi jo mujhe aapse itna pyaar ho gaya tha..." Sonakshi pacified him...

"Phir inn sab ne mere saath itna bada dhokha kyu kiya Sonakshi?" Dev was crying again...

"Dev, Vicky aur Maamiji Humein alag karna chaahti hain... Mujhe nahi pata kyu, par shayad yahi wajah hogi..." Sonakshi justified...

"Aur meri maa? Wo kyu Humein alag karna chaahti hain? Wo toh tumhare ghar tak jholi phailake humara rishta maangne aayi thi... Phir unhone Humein kyu alag karne ki koshish ki Sonakshi?" Dev asked like a broken baby...

"Par unhone kiya kya Dev, mere toh ye hi nahi samajh aaya..." Sonakshi was nonplussed...

"Sonakshi, you remember, hum restaurant mein baithke prenup ki baat kar rahe they shaadi se pehle; mere lawyer ne prenup bana ke subah diya tha, for a just in case scenario... I swear maine usko dustbin mein daal diya tha... Jaisa maine tumse kaha tha, mera pyaar kisi prenup ke bharose nahi chalta hai, maine apne lawyer ko bhi bohot gussa kiya... Phir usi din lawyer ghar aaya tha kisi kaam se toh usne maa se bhi ye baat ki, toh maa ne usse fresh prenup papers banwa liye... Baba aur meri maa ke beech bohot jhagda hua tha inn sabko leke...Main time pe aa gaya tha... Maine maa ko bhi daanta aur inn papers ko phenkne ko kaha aur baba se bhi maafi maangi and unse request ki thi ki wo iss baare mein tumhe na bataayein... Main nahi chaahta tha ki ab tum kisi ki bhi baat se hurt ho..." Dev was holding her palm in his both palms assuring her...

"Phir? Ye papers kaise aaye, inpe aapke signatures kaise aaye Dev?" Sonakshi was unable to digest what she was hearing...

"Maa ne office ki files ka dhoka deke mujhse inn par sign le liye... Sonakshi kasam se, mujhe pata bhi nahi hai maine kab sign kiya inn par... Maa ne dhokha diya mujhe..." Dev's eyes were filled with tears...

"Dev, aapko kaise pata ye maa ne kiya hai? Ho sakta hai Vicky ya Maamiji ne aisa kiya ho?" Sonakshi couldn't believe her mother in law could stoop so low...

"Sona, maa ne khud kaha ki unko tumpe shuru se trust nahi tha ki tum mere saath ye shaadi nahi nibha sakti, aur isliye sirf meri khushi ki khaatir wo apni betiyon ke rights nahi khone dengi... Unhone mere saamne ye shart rakhi hai ki ya toh main tumse ye prenup papers par sign le loon aur apni maa-beheno ko chun loon... Ya phir unko chodhke Tumko chun loon..." Dev was slowly making a resolution and was stiffening... He had wiped his tears- "Aur mera jawaab tumhare saamne hai Sonakshi..." Dev had pointed towards the fireplace... "Kya tum humare iss rishte ko naya mauka dogi Sonakshi? Please? Forgive me for whatever I said in anger today... Aaj ke baad main kabhi wahan nahi jaaunga rehne, hum alag rahenge... Ab koi tension nahi chuega Humein... Please Sonakshi?" Dev was pleading sitting on the floor...

Sonakshi climbed his lap and hugged him to herself tightly... Today they have decided to get over all the painful past of the family who did not even hesitate to destroy their own son's marriage without a blink of an eye... They must give everything a fresh start...

Aankhon ki hain ye khwaahishein,

Ke chehre se teri na hatein...

Neendon mein bas tere,

Khawaabon ne li hain karwatein,

Ke teri ore mujhko leke chalein,

Ye duniya bhar ke sab raaste,

Main tujhko kitna chaahti hoon,

Ye tu kabhi soch na sake...

The ringing of her cellphone woke Sonakshi from her good night sleep... She was as it is a little adjusting with her growing bulging these days, and her husband was easily sprawled on the bed, carefully cuddling her to him, caging her to him, promise in each gesture to never leave her... Yes, she was pregnant... Seems like the earthquake that came into all the relations 6 months ago, has settled all the debris in the right place...

Dev and Sonakshi had spent that entire night being locked up in the farmhouse... It had taken a whole lot of assurances at both the ends to let the other known that they madly had loved each other, and cannot separate from each other... No matter what... He had carried her in his arms to the master bedroom... She needed no persuasion, she knew what he wanted, she wanted the same... Sonakshi had thought the love Dev had made to her in Shimla was one of the most tender experiences of her life; Dev proved her wrong yet again-- True, she can never totally understand this guy... Expect the unexpected is what probably is his motto... And this was totally unexpected... She had come here to fight with him, probably ending their relationship... But here, he was sealing the same institution of marriage with those tender open mouth wet kisses everywhere... Some minutes later she understood, her body was painted with his love, all tender and yet so passionate... Her body was shivering with the heat that her body was emancipating, and the cold that his lips were leaving against the cool weather of Delhi that was having a fire and ice effect on her simultaneously... She was curling under him, and he was taking her to his attention all the more... If that was the earthshattering satisfaction of their love, she was sated--yet never too done with him... If he loved her, she loved him too... A night they shall never forget in their lives...

The next morning Sonakshi was up early and was panicking, since she did not know how they were going to get out of this farmhouse... Dev was smirking moving about in his PJs and a vest... He wanted Tea... and he kept on asking her for the same... His hangover was done with, he was done crying too... This was a different man... His hands wouldn't stop being away from her, and he had no hurry in the world too... It was a different, butterfly in the stomach kind of feeling to have this kind of Dev all invested on her... They had tea and a ready to go breakfast whatever they could manage in that closed farmhouse...

Sonakshi was surprised to see Dev pulling the key from under the couch and opening the lock... She had punched him in his stomach for being such cautious of her not leaving... What followed next was a cab that took them to Ishwari Mansion... A huge showdown between Dev-Ishwari-Maamiji and Vicky... Dev had given his decision, rather his choice, and for the broken trust he had with his mother, he communicated that like a bitter piece of medicine... He had left all the properties and companies belonging to Ishwari Enterprises to the Dixits only... He wanted nothing out of it... "Give that all to your daughters, your son can rebuild his own business... I hope you are happy now..." were Dev's parting words to his mother who was totally shattered by Dev's decision and accused Sonakshi for breaking the home...

Today, six months later she wondered what a drastic change life has taken...They have started up again with a new business, this time Sonakshi's nutrition through app business... Dev was setting up a collaboration of his cellphones and her app each day... They were working harder and harder... Things were setting up beautifully...

And good news after good news, right after a month of them shifting into this new Duplex that they lived in did Sonakshi was blessed with the news they were probably not hopeful of... But Dev's love had a lot of hope- Sonakshi wondered which day his love had blessed her with the ultimate bliss of being complete... She did not know, but she was ecstatic... Dev was a great husband without the shadows of the never ending drama of his mother's home... He could work harder, he could concentrate on many more works, he could give her, her deserving time... A perfect package of a husband he was... Well, if she could put a kaala teeka to their relationship too, she would had... Her husband was goals... And she never wanted an evil eye on this... Touchwood...!

Right now her cell was ringing on and on... She needed her husband to free her from his love cage of arm around her belly that protected their little off-spring... And he was a possessive husband... With difficulty she got hand over her cellphone... It was Ishwari...

Tere liye duniya chodh di hai

Tujhpe hi saans aake ruke,

Main tujhe kitna chaahta hoon,

Ye tu kabhi soch na sake...

"Maa? Good morning... Aapne call kiya itni subah-subah?" Sonakshi tried being as much cordial with her mother in law as she was earlier to her , still respecting the fact that she is her husband's mother, and no matter what she should not be disrespecting her, even when her mother in law didn't have much belief in the fact that she could sustain her marriage...

"So rahe they tum log abhi tak? Mujhe Dev se baat karni hai... Phone toh apna rakhta nahi hai, tum hi baat kara do..." Ishwari spoke lethargically, as if someone has suck the soul out of her...

"Dev... Dev! Uthiye..." Sonakshi elbowed him... It was difficult for her to move much with her belly stuck firm in his arms...

"Hmmm..." Dev spoke from his sleep, sleeping on his stomach...

"Dev aapki maa ka phone hai..."

"hmmm... abhi main so raha hoon na..."

"Tsk! Dev khud baat keejiye, maa ka call hai..."

"Hmmm..." Dev was good sleeping keeping his wife with him... He didn't feel his good morning to turn into an unpleasant one with this phone call...

But his wife knew the tricks- "Ouch! Dev, you are hurting my tummy..." Sonakshi grimaced... And his arms left her immediately and sat up... She smilingly handed him the phone... He was frowned at her trickery, nevertheless he put the phone on his ear- "Haan maa..."

"Kaisa hai tu Dev?" Ishwari asked his pleasantries...

"Theek hoon maa... Agar yahi poochne ke liye phone kiya hai toh baad mein call karoon aapko?" Dev asked...

"Dev, beta tu apna daftar kyu nahi sambhaalta beta... Tu nahi karega toh aur kaun karega?" Ishwari asked...

"Maa, main sambhaalta hoon aapki company ko bhi... Par main har roz toh wahan nahi baith sakta na? Toh jin logo ke liye aapne iss company ke liye bacha ke rakha tha, unse bolo ki baithein aur sambaalein apni jaaydaad ka batwara... Main paise kama raha toh hoon unke liye..." Dev spoke, while still lying upside down... his other free hand holding on to Sona's hand not letting her leave, and she with her eyes asking to atleast not behave like an Obhodro...

"Dev, beta aur kitne din apni maa se rootha rahega beta? Ab toh teri bhi santaan aane wali hai... Tujhe achha lagega ki koi tere bete ya beti ko ko tujhse cheen le?" Ishwari asked warning...

"Maa, wo bachha hai mera, koi sone-chaandi ke zewar nahi jo kisi ne chaaha, aur chori se cheen liya... Ek insaan hai, jeeta-jaagta... Aur main usko wahi banne dena chaahunga...Ek insaan without any responsibilities of any sort... Wo jaise apni zindagi jeena chaahta hai, jee sakta/sakti hai... Aur rahi baat mere wapas aane ki, toh main hafte mein do baar aata hoon, sabki zarooratein puri karta hoon, paisa laake deta hoon, meri zimmedaari khatam... Phir mujhe mere ghar jaana hota hai, jahan meri patni bina kisi condition ke mera khushi-khushi intezaar karti hai, mere kaam mein bina kisi swaarth ke haath batati hai... Tera ghar toh maine chodh diya, aur tu please mera ghar chodh de... Ab main iska tootna afford nahi kar sakta... Sorry!" and Dev had disconnected the call... Sona looked a little sad at him... This guy has hidden all his disappointments from his family in him, and by no means lets them know about the same... He did love her, Sonakshi to the fullest... She needed no proofs, one was growing in her womb already...
