I think yes. He is a good man at heart, it that mother of his that that's holding his inner goodness back with her superstitious nonsense and backwards thinking. I do think if he finds out that aditya has been subjecting his daughter to domestic violence, then i'm sure he would support her, because we have seen how much he loves the children of the house and has so much love and respect for his family members, but mostly karthik is the one he loves the most, Unfortunately there hasn't been a single scene between the father and daughter duo for us to even get a hint of his relationship with her. There was only that one scene when in front of GT, he asked kirti where aditya is, and GT was signalling her to lie to him, but he was busy on his phone whilst talking to her that we got no sense of their relationship.

Manish does love his children. Yes he is high class status man as he is big businessman. But he does care and respect his family and has no double standards like his mother.

Manish will surely support his daughter.. we saw him sit on a jail floor take his sons head on his lap and feed him without any hesitatation...
