Female Infidelity

Long time back I had watched a movie starring Dimple and Shekhar Kapur. Both are married to each other and cheating repeatedly. After divorce, husband finds out about her numerous infidelities and is mad at her because he got portrayed as cheater and home-breaker. Her answer was classic - " I may have cheated but I never brought it into our marriage".

It changed my perspective on female cheating as I had thought female cheated because they are unhappy with their spouse or are in abusive marriage or unfulfilling one. This was my glimpse into long term marriages that are fulfilling but have become boring simply because they have been together for long time. And boredom I realized can also lead to cheating.

Since then of course I have read more about female infidelity. So while I hear a lot about male actors cheating, I wonder if we are simply giving pass to female actors. The reverse of what happened in the past where males could go scot free.

Are there are any female actresses who regularly cheat?

Umm..why would only a man cheat ?? Women are equally capable of cheating.

Women cheat too especially emotionally. That's very, very common.

Interesting topic. People tend to believe women don't cheat or cheat only when there is a "valid" reason/cause for it. Which isn't true at all ESP nowadays. I think on an average, women tend to be more crafty/manipulative than men, so they're well-aware of how to make it all seem good & committed prima-facir. Irl I've seen girls all over their bf's, bake cakes for him, cut cakes when they're long-distance on birthdays etc.. And then turn around & cheat. I used to see my roomie weep into her phone & miss her bf, talk to him all about her day.. Until her flavour of her month arrived & she left with him so that he could give her a good lunch & dinner. It was disgusting to say the least because her poor bf really adored her & would come all the way In third-class overnight sitting on sacks of grain to meet her. And only her. Women tend to cheat more than men. ESP emotionally. The men just get caught.
