But she picks Ranveer from the list ? Isn't he brother too? Ranveer is her cousin too 😕 I don't understand why they always want to hide the fact that they're related

They're like third cousins and not particularly close. Anil said she could be paired against Ranveer in a film 🤢 . And Ranveer ranked her in the sex appeal list on his first Kwk (last though, lol... but I guess it's worse if you find your cousin sexy)

And she needed an excuse to not pick Arjun.

No one his hiding anything. They are not close or have ever been they are distant relatives from mother side. They maybe met at important family functions and thats it Sonam is more close to Anils family and friends. They are so distant that even Sonam has no problem to be paired opposite him according some interview.

Meh. Third cousins hardly have any shared genetic material. I just googled it and it says that on average you share 0.78% of DNA with a third cousin. It's not even a close relation.

Even i was wondering the same... I thought RS is her Bua's son, so that would make him n Arjun as same. And they arent close as DP is his gf. And Sonam clearly is jealous of DP.

But then read some comments here, saying that he is the 3rd cousin.

First of all, what's so disgusting about thinking about your cousins differently other than in a platonic way? My parents were distant cousins. And I think it's common in many cultures especially back in the days.
