Must give it to the creatives, along with all the over the top melodrama, they do create a lot of suspense which works in their favour.

If the two lovers stand up to society and dissolve the earlier marriage and stand their ground, they will raise questions at society and its so called moral police. Important, pertinent, long overdue questions.

They will be able to crush down dissent which will rise, which will be based upon falsehood and pretence.

And as a show, they will be shown as sending an important message - women everywhere, make your choice, stand your ground and never put up with injustice.

We have come completely full circle, illustrated perfectly by the droplets of blood and the rudraksh. How fitting is then that those are the things that made Vividha certain that he was there, after all her other feelings had been quashed by people trying to meddle in their love.

SuSu were beyond ridiculous today. It's quite funny really how little they know of the strength of Vividha and Atharv's love if they think emotional blackmail is enough to 'awaken' Vivi's conscience. I almost feel like they represented society today and Vivdha, in her zombie state, represented our true self and true love which has always been destroyed by the warped traditions of this world.

And of course, the piece de resistance- he is back! Although I'm sure that his lack of knowledge regarding the last few months will complicate matters (it is still a drama), I'm also sure that it will be such a wake up call for all those that had thought his love could be so easily forgotten. We can hope that he is the same old Atharv who will remind them all- including Vivdha- of how we ought to be.
