If you look from task's perspective, call center people have to keep their cool and remain polite. I think Manu did well with it

Manveer, though remained cool, was not polite and was at times laying fault with customer.

And Lopa was downright rude and was insulting the customer

Manu Again proved he plays with a Strategy...

Both Lopa and Manveer did not pay attention to his advise.

But What a LOOSER Rohan is... he actually banged the phoen where as his job was to Have Manu disconnect... Cry Baby...

And Lopa yes she was rude but BANI i could not understand what she was saying... 😡 WOOH WOOOH WOOOH 😆

Loved Manu's composure and self control in this task. He excelled in it perfectly, imo he was definitely superb here. Well done by Manu.

Manu was the best again! He was calm composed and took all the insults with a lot of dignity and justified his behavior. Manu has succeeded in all tasks. He has always reached top 2. Then it is upto luck and his sacrificing nature that he gives up his chance for Manveer. But if someone is consistently reaching top 2 in all tasks then obviously he is doing a great job.
