Why Priyanka has lesser number of followers than Deepika on Insta and Twitter? Its confusing because she is undoubtedly more popular than her in the west.😕

PS: I am not a hater of Priyanka. I like her very much since 2000.

I think DP is slightly more popular than PC. They always had this 1 million difference in followers on twitter. Also FB which is more widely used than twitter DP has 33M and PC only 26M.

DP may have more followers after XXX releases.

Even I am not a hater and not here to fight. 😆

Deepika has DP+RS fans as followers. I doubt how many of SRK's fans like Priyanka. DP is more popular than PC in India (at least that's what I think, I might be wrong).

And all this is despite DP not being as active on social media as PC. Its an open secret that her team handles her twitter and instagram.

Because DP is more popular in India and India has a much bigger population than the US. But Twitter followers don't mean much TBH. Sonam has more than double the amount of followers than Varun has, but can she give an opening day collection like Varun?

Also most of the time, half the twitter followers are fake or inactive accounts so it's hard to tell how many genuine followers there really are.

Kerry Washington has a similar level of fame as Priyanka in the US and only has 4.5 million followers. Most of time even all the people who watch your shows or movies don't follow you because they don't really care about you as a person.

India in general has people much more crazy about their actors than America does. US is more crazy towards big music stars.
