Okay. Let me list a few things down here.
So baby Mahek, drunk in love, does a Veeru for her Basanti.
Then there is this hoarding where Karuna was seen talking to some guest at the entrance about how Shaurya wanted this ceremony in Bollywood (Gosh! I hate this word!) style, which reads, " Basanti inn kutton ke saamne mat nachna".
Sr. Khanna becomes Thakur, without hands unable to do anything.
Karuna becomes a china doll. Or is she a puppet? Anyway, she doesn't have much say, I guess.
Now Vicky is the Gabbar. Waters getting murkier, huh?! He wants Shruti to be his Mehbooba, but she chooses to be Mohini instead. Can we expect her to redeem herself in future? I think so.
Sanjay is Badshah or should we say Don, and Svetlana is whatever Helen is in the movie Don. In one of the previous episodes, Svetlana says bloody sadakchaap Shaurya is lording over them. Isn't that what happened in Don?! The original baddie dies (here Sanjay goes to jail) and is replaced by the good guy(Shaurya). Sanjay is back to claim his place, I guess.
Now let's try Sharmas.
Dadaji becomes Mogambo. Mr.India. Will he go invisible?! (Edit: As per the promo, Shaurya goes invisible. Dadaji doesn't bother. He is Pyaar ka dushman.)
Kantha Jeevan dance to " O Haseena Zulfonwali Jaane Jahan" from "Teesri Manzil", Ravi Mansi become hippies. They become homeless and looking for the person who burnt their house, I guess.
Mohit is Munna Rangeela, Nehal is Poo from K3G and Sonal is Anarkali. This bacha gang will obviously help unite the lovebirds.
PD in vintage was leading the way. Not sure about her role but it's always a pleasure to see her onscreen.
So those are my observations. Did I make any sense? Not sure. But bring it on!
P.S. So hard to type with the stupid autocorrect, especially Hindi! "Kutton" becomes "mutton", "saamne" becomes "semen", "nachna" becomes "Bachman" ?!#*@~ . I almost gave up typing in the beginning itself. How do I deal with autocorrect?
