Why Prem's care for daughter is not taken positively?

He cares about her,loves her, doesn't want her to get hurt unlike suman who said during that hospital scene that let sanjh's heart break I am with her and all

He is facing so many things like relatives taunt for her etc but why is his pain not taken seriously?

Ok arjun might fall for sanjh later as its a serial anything can happen

But in this case prem is shown correct throughout then what was the need for vandana to blurt those dialogues

Ultimately it's sanjh only who will end up getting hurt.

The way he was talking nonsense abt maya

Thay let maya die seriously how can he be a good father

Isnt maya is of his daughter

Wishing a girl to die just so his daughter can easily get her luv

If he was so concerned for his daughter he must have kept his daughter away from arjun when she turned 16

He allowed her to 24/7 b with arjun and live in her fairy tail

Didnt even forced her all these years to confess her love until his daughter felt a threat from maya

So conveniently now he wants the other girl to die

Its just cruel n inhuman

Usually one expects parents to show a bit of maturity when guiding their children. Most of the times, Prem is sensible and gives good advice. However, today he went overboard in saying that it didn't matter to them whether Maya lived or died. Him telling Saanjh that Maya stole Arjun from her was beyond ridiculous.
