You and I are saying the same thing - Love as many people see it is never enough. That 'relation' that has physical intimacy, liking for each other, having a good time type scenario is what I call velagardi love. These couples walk on eggshells...

Love to me is not just the above. Its like so many of you said respect, care and more importantly for me space to be your own being and space to make mistakes. Love grows. This is why sometimes when couples make mistakes like interfering too much in your sister-in-law's life or struggling to adopt a lifestyle change our spouse wants us to make - when we forgive and forget such instances, love grows. This kind of love IS ENOUGH. Such couples dont walk on eggshells. Such couples even when caught in compromising positions with someone else, will trust their spouse. This love can usually not be seen in new couples - married/dating. Because they need time to know each other.

I will stop because this is one of my favorite topics and it can go on and on..

what is love.. it is, simply put, treating the other person just as you would treat yourself or would like to be treated.. there is a thin red, unseen, line that ought not to be crossed.. Love does not have only physical attributes.. in old age, physical aspects hardly matters..

There was a reason why adam and eve were naked.. it is that GOD never destined for man or woman to have any any covering between the two partners.. the moment anything comes in, the relationship is impacted.. the nakedness refers not just to being physically naked,, it is also in thought, emotions, spirit.. unfortunately, fallen man has not one but countless veneers all over..
