Hey guys, I watched Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani for the 50th time, and each time I'm blown away by the chemistry in the climax.
The sudden possessiveness of Bunny, jealousy and quicksilver expression of his love for Naina.

And that kiss! Not those face eating types in "Alone" , but this sweet and reverent expression of love. And the look in their eyes after. I could watch it a zillion times.

It's all in the angle, I think. Their lips met but not carnivorously, passionate yet you didn't get the impression they were going to tear each other's clothes off.

Our favorite show is called "Ishqbaaaz" . Shouldn't that be trail blazing the definition of romantic?

Think if all the TRPs it would bring??

What do you guys think?

Come on guys.. let's send the message in larger numbers!

No I don't like Goliyon ki Rasleela type kisses ... but the teasing though...☺️

Now , Tamasha is something else...

OK I'm starting to sound biased...

If scenes are well built with a continuity, a good progression in the story is shown then why not😆
I just hope scenes do not lack continuity, first realization of feelings, a good confession, some awkward moments and then a proper Kiss and dance/ romance or something...just don't like the way random romances and then again back to Ye Mujhe Ho Kya Raha Hai Is put up these days 😆

P.S.: YJHD is one of my most fav. movies, love DP and all her movies but this one is just one of her best, Naina is an intriguing character and the kiss scene was just <3

Nice topic.

If the sequence is meaningful and has a nice flow, why not?

But I really don't think any of the actors will be willing to do it. And most shows don't get such sequences right. Exception is KYY on MTV.

There's just something combustible about Bunny and Naina isn't it? .

It doesn't have to look indecent. They can even pan out the shot to make it look far away after the close up, and make up for the graphics by a tight hug no?

Shivaay has so much smoldering potential. No cheesy teeny bop romance for him pls

Agreed! Not just for flirting. If they kiss it must be something important like, persuading her to stay with him, not to leave him, when he really is deeply in love with her, not now when he's just wetting his feet.

😆 I'm asking CVs to take a risk. Again not to be indecent. Did you find Ranbir -Deepika indecent? No na?

Asking CVs to be creative ..

ANY romantic scene needs to look organic. Even when you write them. We both write so you know what I mean? It should not feel "Smutty" in any way. The love should be the focus, even in the physical aspect of it.

So if they can communicate that well in the scene, then I am ALL for it. Yes YJHD, the last BW movie my sister and I watched together when she came to visit me. We have not seen one together since. My last BW movie was "Dilwaale" which I only watched for SRK-Kajol,(their fan since school). I liked that scene too. It was hot while being romantic, not smutty. I dont like those "face eating" type kissing scenes, they look sleazy and lustful, not passionate.

So I am "For" it, and I would like to see it on RumYa because I think they have the most potential for a kissing scene. They are young, cute and sexy at the same time. The other are PriVeer, their chemistry is off the charts I think and ACP has that slight "edge" which can make a scene like that really work. He is very earthy and Priyanka very delicate. They make a very fetching pair. So I want a kissing scene for RumYa and/ or PriVeer.
