First of all Archie, congratulations on making your first post on the forum. And what a wonderful post it is too! And thank you so much for your kind words too! I'm touched🤗

This is what I've always loved about Vividha. When she makes a choice, she stands by it and if she's hurt anyone by it, she will make amends to set things right but she won't apologise for her choice. It's her choice, and she will deal with the consequences.

When it comes to her life and her love, she won't compromise. She has chosen Atharv. Not to hurt anyone else, but because she is free and has the right to choose.

This is such a well written post dear. You are so right that women are under so much of societal obligations that they can hardly express let alone practise their free will.

Vv also was put under this societal norms. She sshould love her husband, be a good wife, fulfill his needs coz this should be her free will. This is what she should accept now as this is the only right thing to do for Vv.

How easily do we lay down rules for women and override their free will. So proud of Vv that she took the path less trodden to express and practice her free will.

Free will , is my one non- negotiable ... And that's what I love about vv more , her ability to fight for her right to make her own choices ...

And yes am very proud of her ...

And this post seems like an extension to my 'gender equality' post and so well written. Every individual is free to take up their own decisions and lead the life of their own. I agree at times we do hv to make compromises in a relationship but if that compromise completely wipes one of what that person believes in then its not compromise, its a suicide mission.

A woman from eons hv been treated as second class citizens. Always following man and agreeing to whatever he says. I still remember when I was young I was taught in school 'Father is the head of the family' and I always wondered why? A mother has given herself more to a family , to their childern. Why is this bias?

Many a times I have seen women compromising on their right to free will all around and it is so genuinely accepted by all ... Not even a second thought is given to this. Like you said I agree that everybody has to make adjustments sometimes but when your entire identity and beliefs are compromised in the process ... It is indeed suicide of a kind. And only women are expected to commit this suicide . Gender Bias completely .

I am glad that Vividha did not choose to go this way . She chose life with the person who matters to her irrespective of her circumstances ... Its been painful to watch her journey after marriage... She has absolutely nobody and the only one person who would stand by her in all ways is kind of not very capable to understand things at the moment , though he feels her pain and connects to it. She has made her stand very clear and that is what makes me appreciate her totally .

Have seen your post but have not read it as i was totally tied down with some work over the last 3/4 days ...but will definitely go thru it tomorow and respond 😊 ...

Seen a no of responses flowing on that post 😊

I appreciate vividha has taken a bold step. In this society it's not easy to go back to a lover after marriage. Have to give little credit to ravish too without his consent it would have been difficult.

Vividha has been once taught by atharv to follow her heart no matter what. Stand by the truth no matter what. Looks like his girl has learnt the lesson well.

And coming to the forum we live in a world who asked daughters rights for aditi coz she wasn't given share in the property has failed to see another daughter (vivi) needs to be given her rights too(freedom to choose). Sad.

I think the bashing should stop now. Ravish agreed to free her. Then I don't understand his fans aren't ready to leave her

I think when you connect , mind , body and soul to anybody , you inherit a lill bit of that persons personality ... and that is exactly what has happened to vividha ...She has inherited a lill bit of Atharv and that too the bolder part that allows her to exercise her free will without too much worry Atharv would have been so proud to see her like this ... He always wanted her to be so independent in her thinking and all capable by herself .

Sweety, I really appreciate that you are one person who has extended a lill bit of credit to Ravish... No doubt he has supported the vitharv equation but every time he does something good , it feels like he has an expectation from vividha ... and that really is not a nice thing for anyone to do when you are out to extend support .. It makes it feel opportunistic .His characterization I think has not been handled very well.

There is always a difference when its your daughter and when it is your daughter in law --somebody else daughter ...What is perfectly right for the daughter will never be allowed for the daughter in law... thats our society ... and Vivi is breaking free from that and that is what makes her different . Atharv had told her during their first vachan ... what I am allowed to do ... you should also be allowed to do ... and what you are not allowed to do ... i should also not be allowed to do ...He actually promoted a relationship of equals in the real sense ...

Bashing is something best ignored ... when people watch a show for the love of an actor and not the storyline ... nothing can ever make sense to them ...

Vividha just took initial time to make her decision wrt Atharv...Once done there was no turning back. She has stood firm ground and unshaken .I have not seen todays episode but i understand that Sujatha has also taken a U-turn ...So I guess along with a set of people who cannot digest that she has decided to be with Atharv ...Sujatha has also joined the lot ......So be it ...

Vividha has exercised her right to free will , her intent to be with Atharv even when she did not have Sujatha by her side...So what difference can it anyways make to her now ...She will continue to do what she thinks she needs to ... while others can continue with their delusions 😊

The more the resistance , the more stronger will be her intent I am sure ... So that works absolutely fine ,dosent it 😛?

Here, FL chose for herself without no nonsense. Male's failed to use the FL like a commodity. Isn't it the core problem for a certain fanbase that Vivi thought she is flesh and blood human and chose the right thing for herself without anyone's help?

Women have actually almost no right to exercise what they want ...So many restrictions ... so many rules ... All against them ...they are born to sacrifice ...Thats the rule...No self will at all

But I am really happy that Vividha has made a choice for herself of the life she wants ... I am sure she is head strong in her decision especially when it comes to Atharv...So more the resistance ... the more stronger the bond will be ... Their journey after this will be really nice to watch ..😊

Free will it's the basic fundamental right of every individual to live life according to their ways.

In country like india where men are still worshipped like God & have given the right to take the decisions especially if they are head of the family & women's are not allowed to take their decision own. Vividha was always a very strong girl ...She always decided for herself but there was a lill bit fear involved ...She went to Ajmer also out of her free will for payal where she had made her decision...The only thing that has changed after meeting Atharv that she has been very fearless about her decisions and does not care about anybody when she decides ... She that way has really become stronger 😊

Everybody in that family are against her ... but she is very firm about what she wants ...

Vividha that way has really set an example by being the first FL to be so bold in her decisions in a country of so much gender bias 👏
