Lovely update an extremely annoying gut met geet and darji who was hell bent getting geet married to someone but geet gave some of her demands though darji didn't understand what kind of husband she wants but still happy in her happiness geet went to help channi whose parents wanted to kill gurvinder Cox they thought gurvinder was trying to take channi away geet and channi went to warn him but too late as mob of ppl attacked gurvinder but channi saved him by risking her life

Congrats for new story..

Part 1, amazing update. Geet and Darji's relation is so sweet. Darji is too happy as Geet is graduated. Channi called Geet and her parents locked her in store room. She wanted Geet's help to come out. She wanted to go to Gurvinder to ask him to run away as few people from village are behind his life. Geet opened the door and both went to Gurvinder house. A mob came and hit Gurvinder, Channi came in the way and got hurt.

Part - 2

Channi falls down bleeding...Gurwinder catches her...the mob is terrified and they run from there as they have missed their target...

Geet runs after them and she had seen one guys face as his mask fell down as he ran fast in the winds...

He has also seen her...he tires to chase her for the fear of being identified...

Geet somehow reaches her house and is saved by Darji...Geet tells him what happened and she wanted to go help Channi...she asks her father to call the police and ambulance...but her family locks her up in a room for her own safety...

Next day she comes to know that her Channi is no more and Gurwinder has also absconded...

She wants to go and see Channi's face once...Darji takes her saying that they are going to Channi's house to pay her last respects but instead takes her out to Chandigarh to his sister's place...

They return after a week and Get goes to meet Channi's parents...she asks them to file a complaint but they refuse and they that they never had a daughter named Channi and their only daughter is chutti...

Geet tries to convince them that Channi has to get justice and her killers should be punished...

But they say that they have to now forget their lost daughter as they want their other daughter to survive...they are also packing things to leave Hoshiarpur forever...

Geet then turns to her family with hope to fight for the truth but they already have been black mailed that Geet's life is in danger...

Darji: Geet, tum abhi bachi ho, tum badon ki baat ko nahi samjogi

Geet: kaise badein? Chote log hi kissi ka khoon karthe

Ranno: behas mat karo Geeet

Mohinder: haan puthar ab Channi ka kya ho gaya dekh?

Geet: wahi toh, channi ko aaj hua toh kal mujhe bhi ho saktha

Ranno: kaise batein karthi hai ye

Ranno starts crying...

Mohinder: issi dar hai humme bhi, ab tum bhi samajthi hai ki hum police ke paas kyun nahi jaa sakthe

Geet: papaji aap bhi?

Darji: Geet, ab tum hummare baat ko suno, bas, koi aur baat nahi

Darji ends the conversation there itself...but Get couldn't sleep peacefully that night...

She decides to take action herself...

Geet is against honour killing, she can't digest the fact that her close friend has been killed by a group of barbarians in the name of saving the sanity of their race. Geet turns aginst them and files a case with the police but Darji is dead against her going to the police...he goes and takes by that complait filed by Get only to know that it has already been put in thrash...some good soul at the police station hints at the police joining hands with the culprits and asks him to tell his pothi to stay safe for some days...they also talk about sanctions against the whole family...he is too scared that the whole Handas will be ousted from their society and the future of their chidren are at stake if they supported Geet. But as you know our sherni won't give up and is all set to fight this alone.

Darji asks Mohinder to take Geet to Delhi and leave her with Pinky's father...he is aGeet's chacha in a way...Pinky is a good friend of Geet...

They send Geet to Delhi in fear of her being the next target after convincing her to withdraw her case and pack her off to Pinky's home with a warning of never to return to Hoshiarpur. They are already in search of a suitable match for her as they want to get her married off to someone as soon as possible and send her off to her sasuraal from Delhi itself so that she would be safe in her new family, preferably far far away to save her from the madness of their own folks back in Hoshiarppur.

Geet is determined to punish the culprits at any cost but is first worried about her family's hasty decision to get her married.Geet somehow persuades her father to get her admitted in a college and promises him that she will not do anything against his will until she finishes her studies provided he inturn promises to postpone her marriage till she completes her course. Geet joins some MA degree to fool her father but actually takes up a law course later, LLB, as she wants to fight injustice, specialy injuictice against women. Even Pinky doesn't know that she is a law student. Pinky is working as a receptionist at KC.

Geet is still thinking of what happened to her friend. She thinks how they used to enjoy life back in Hoshiarpur with all their little pranks. How nice it would have been if she can get back to those days. She had dreamt about her prince charm and also known about how channi would tease her that there is no prince charming in real, it's still apuzzle how that same channi fell for Gurwinder, who is not any dreamy prince but just a simple man with a little social mind. They met him at a mass tree planting function organized by their nature club in and around hoshiarpur. After an introduction every girl liked Gurwinder who was part of an eco club that joined hands with them in that event, his knowledge about the eco system and the need to conserve native species of crops, his interests in bied watching all seemed to make him different from the rest. Mostly his gentle man behavior with the girls attracted channi and also the others too.

Geet doesn't know how channi who is very shy and reserved by nature could fall in love. After a lot of struggle she won Gurwinder's heart. The rest happened as you all know and ended in the most tragic manner. Get who used to be day dreaming about her Rajkumar and waiting for the right guy who she never met has now turned into this rebel as that tragedy ignited the fire inside her and she now knows the value of a life better, so she has decided not to waste her own life and make it meaningful by fighting for justice. That's why she chose to do LLB as she has decided to raise against this male dominated society as a woman and show those men what Nari shakthi is. Her hatred turns towards the male community as a whole.

Geet gets a break before her classes commence and is bored. Geet wants to join a part time job to pay the extra bills for her law class which she can't get from her father. She is going to evening college only so she can work till noon.she keeps looking for vacancies and Pinky asks her to come and take a look at the place where she works and maybe she'll be interested to find a job there.

Pinky introduces Geet to Manisha, Pandey ji and Romeo. Later Pinky tells her about Mrs.Mini who is the MD's secretary and how she rules the others like a dictator as she is the senior. As Geet and Pinky decide to go to the canteen for a snack break Geet accidentally bumps into KC's MD. She apologises for her mistake as she was observed in her conversation with Pinky. The MD seems to be nice gentle man and he reciprocates with a sweet smile as he moves in.

Pinky tells her that her boss is a little flirty but otherwise a very decent guy. He is in his late twenties and should have inherited the post from his family. Looks like a well groomed hunk from bollyood. He should rather try his hands in acting though instead of wasting his time flirting in office, haina?

As Geet gets ready to leave as she didn't want to disturb Pinky's work she is stopped by Mrs.Mini. she tells Geet that the MD wants to meet her. Geet says thet she has nothing to do with KC and is just leaving, she has not caused any trouble to anyone. But she can't leave without meeting him.

Pinky insists Get go and meet him once and say sorry for it might get her into trouble otherwise. So Get decides to meet this man for the sake of Pinky.

MD: gud morning Ms.Geet

Geet wonders how do he know her name...

He had just inquired about her from the staff...sasha and tasha are always there to help him.

Geet: sorry for the trouble, may I leave now

MD: no no, it's a pleasure to have you here, please take a seat

Geet is puzzled...

MD: so what do you think about my tiny office?

Geet: it's good

MD: so what are you doing?

Geet: I'm a student, just joined MA literature

MD: that's awesome, I too like literarture

Geet is like what!!!!!!!!!!!!

MD: you are new to Delhi, haina?

Geet: yeah

MD: you know, cost of living is very high here

Geet: I know

He comes to the point shortly...

MD: how about joining KC?

Geet: what? I haven't come here looking for a job?

MD smiles...but you are looking for one anyhow

Geet: how do you know all this? may be that's your job

MD: of course it is, Ms.Geet, shouldn't I know about everyone who comes to my office as the MD?

Geet: great, do you know your watchman's name?

MD is shocked...he doesn't know ...may be he might have known if it is a watch woman instead...

MD: I like it, I like your presence of mind

Any way Geet needs a job, why not take up the one coming her way

Geet: by the way, may I know what kind of job it is?

MD: very good decision Get, you can know that from your appointment letter

Geet: but I didn't say I accept it

MD: I know you can't reject it any way

Sasha comes in with the letter and she is not happy to see Geet...she doesn't like competitions that too when the opponent is stronger...

MD: here it is

Geet: but I have to think

Sasha: what an attitude?

MD: sasha, your job is done

She leaves...

MD: take your time, I'm waiting

Geet looks into the envelope and finds that she just got appointed as the MD's personnel assistant, oh, he already has a seceretary, a job created for her on the spot...good...

Geet: but I can't be working 9 - 5

MD: look at it again, it's only in the mornings, mostly I finish my office work early, I don't need an assistant later

Geet: OK then, as you wish

MD: welcome to KC and I'm sure you will have a nice time working for us

Who gives a job to a stranger like this, but the MD likes beautiful girls working for him, to add some fun to work

Pinky is happy that Get is going to work with her and Get too doesn't complaint as it's not such a big deal for her for she is just going to follow Mrs.Mini and she should be fine, no problems as she is a quick learner...she also knows how to handle these flirty bosses...haina? remember Geet's shoulder bag full of weapons to escape unexpected danger...

Pinky: Geet, papaji would be happy to know that you also got a job in KC

Geet: I know, but what about my papaji and Darji?

They won't like Get working, haina?

Geet has to convince them that she is just going to help Pinky with her job as she couldn't manage heavy work single handedly...

She tells them that it's actually Pinky who got her the job and she has just accepted it...

She also says that Pinky wants Geet to accompany her as they get to have much fun then...

Atlast she convinces her family saying that it's not Hoshiarpur and hence they need not fear...this is a much civilized society and people are more decent here...they follow the laws and don't break rules as and when they wish...

Mohinder doesn't want to argue with her as she keeps blaming him for being a coward...

Wonder who the MD is? You are right...will continue soon...
