sanjeevni and dil mil gaye

i never saw the serial sanjeevni but i watch dil mil gaye(fantastic drama) is there a lot of differences in both dramas because i think that DMG is more for the younger viewers it has comedy, romance and it is fun to watch😊😊😊 was sanjeevni the same story

I watched Saanjeevani and it had a similar story. There were four interns and they also went through same deals.

Dr.Rahul was an intern who had a childhood bestfriend who had fallen in love with him who was Dr.Simran. They worked at the same hospital as Dr.Juhi and Dr.Omi..

Dr.Juhi and Dr.Rahul fall in love but juhi was getting married to someone else because simran created problems in their life and then in the end rahul and simran get married but then rahul finds out that simran is bad so juhi and rahul get together in the end. Also, saanjeevani was a story told by juhi. And omi was the funny person but he died cause he got aids and atul is omi's adopted son.

also Dr.Shishank was in the other serial too. he loved dr.smirti who had left him because they didn't get along. they had a daughter named Anjali who is the current anjali and in the end they got together too! so that's just a bit about saanjeevani and there is another link talking about saanjeevani and if you can find it you can visit it or ill try finding it for you!

but both dramas are good, but saanjeevani sort of drifted of to a total different story at the end!!
about terriosts attacking saanjeevani and then it became about juhi and rahul because they got kidnapped and juhi returned but rahul didn't, great story and gurdeep kohli( actress who played juhi) portrayed the emotion beautifully.

oh and juhi became blind when she was married to rahul and then she suspected rahul of having an affair with the nurse taking care of her, but everything smoothed out in the end.
