The marriage is void only if the lady in question wants to use that as an excuse to come out of the binding. And off course Tia can use it for her convenience as no where Shivaye had said Anika is his wife other than to Daksh. So Tia can file a complaint in court by claiming Anika is illegally staying in her house by declaring herself as Shivaye's wife when her marriage to Shivaye itself is void.

It is not the question of what people think or act, the law seek proof and who will provide the proof to court if Anika wants to stay as Shivaye's wife and Oberois doesn't want to send her out. Even in divorce cases, the law ask the couple to stay together for 6 months before announcing the divorce, even the couple file the case with mutual understanding. Here if Anika says.
