What else can you expect from someone like Manu? His language is crass and he has said many such filthy things about many people in the house. Maybe it's his way of saying that Rohan is not man enough because of whatever his own silly and sick reasons could be.

Not just manu but Manveer and Om ji also had raise similar questions. The only reason TM posted it was because Priyanka had said she was going to expose something about Rohan in week 1 and since three of Priyanks's former allies raise similar points, could it be that Priyanka told them something.

Yes almost all Priyanka's former allies have discussed the same thing. Something is fishy in here.

Nothing is fishy. They could not achieve what they wanted in life hence the jealousy. And BTW, they all want to achieve fame, that is the very reason they are in the show, but the truth is a boy much younger to them is much more famous and that is the reason of their jealousy.
