shivika ka divorce hone ki kya jarurat hain? mana anika ki shadi shivaayse hui hain par society ke liye to tia hi shivaay ki wife hain na aur anika n shivay legally husband wife thodi huye hain? to divorce ki jarurat hi kya hain? agar divorce case courtme jayegi to oberois ki aur badnami nahi hogi kya?

As per Hindu marriage Act a marriage is legal only if it has been either registered in the court or if marriage has happened in the temple has been registered in their log book and has happened in the presence of 15 witness or has happened with rituals with 25+ witness

None of these criteria have been fulfilled in Shivika marriage as the witness in the marriage feel it is Shivaaaye's marriage with Tia

Hence Shivika don't need to divorce (actually Rumya do since they married in a community marriage with many witness n suchh marriages arrange for registration as well. Even if not their marriage had 25 + witness) but ph want to make it dramatic and this is the best way

They should rather try for Rumya divorce or annulment

exactly rumya ko ye divorce wala drama jyada suit karega n shivika ko bina divorce ke hi seperation ka drama suit karega isse shivaay ko apne kiye pe pachatava bhi mehsus hoga shayad aur kyu ki uska dil anika anika jo kar raha hain kab se lekin bagad billa man nahi raha... cvs faltu ka shivika ka divorce drama dikha rahe hain

I hv no idea abt d legalities...frankly i hv no idea if shivaay even registered d marriage legally...but with a black n white totally legal divorce he has made this marriage legal n anyone who is interested can find out abt his actual marriage now...lol...he he interesting na?

wahi to agar shivika ki case court gayi to shadi ka raj khulega nahi kya aur family reputation kharab hogi wo bat alag lekin ye bat oberois ko kon samjhayega aur divorce ki koi jarurat hi nahi hain q ki for society tia is shivaay's wife not anika

Also forced n fraud marriages r void acc to Hindu marriage act. RuMYa marriage can be annulled if they want as it's done under d influence of intoxication. Gul 1st ridiculed her own culture of marriage n now ridiculed our culture. Someone needs to complain against her.
