Priyanka Chopra remained away from the Hindi film industry this year except for featuring in 'Jai Gangaajal' but the actress says she will be doing two Bollywood movies in 2017. Priyanka, an international figure now, was busy this year working on her maiden American series 'Quantico' and Hollywood debut 'Baywatch'.

"I will be doing two Bollywood films next year. I have come to India to decide on those films. By the end of January, I will finalise which those films will be," the 34-year-old actress said.
'Baywatch', which also stars Hollywood biggies like Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron, will release next year. Priyanka said the film's cast will fly to India to promote it. "We have made a global plan for the promotion of 'Baywatch', of which India is a part. So yes, the Hollywood cast will come to India to promote the movie," she said.

The trailer of the film, in which the actress will be seen enacting the main antagonist, was recently released but Indian fans were disappointed to see her featuring only in one scene in it.

Priyanka Chopra, who is back in Mumbai, said that in the new year (2017) she will be doing two big Indian films. "I am doing two films next year, between Quantico season 2 and 3. So, I am here to decide which ones I will be doing. By January, I will decide," Priyanka said. The actress, who features in American TV series Quantico and was occupied with the shoot of her debut Hollywood film Baywatch, was seen here at the red carpet of the Sansui Stardust Awards 2016 on Monday night...

Priyanka was recently appointed the Unicef's global Goodwill Ambassador. "We have made a global plan in which India is a big part," added Priyanka. She even said that she missed walking the Indian red carpets while shooting overseas for her projects.

Priyanka mentioned, I landed yesterday (Sunday). Today, I have shot for Koffee with Karan, and now I am here at Stardust Awards. I had to come here because Parineeti Chopra is giving a surprise tribute to me, so I wanted to come and see that. And I haven't done an Indian red carpet for the longest time. I was really excited to wear Indian outfits and walk the red carpet."

The actress also bagged the Global Icon of the Year award at the event. Sister Parineeti Chopra also paid a tribute to the actress with a performance on the medley of her hit numbers. Shah Rukh Khan, Varun Dhawan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Salman Khan and a few other celebs also attended the show. Priyanka Chopra is always on her toes. If she isn't shooting Quantico, she is promoting it on various chat shows. She might also be found supporting the many regional films that she produced recently. With NYC as her second home, PC is in town only when work calls her. And that's exactly what she will do after her return to India on December 21.

Priyanka has all of 21 days before she flies back to NYC to shoot some more of Quantico till March -end. Post that she will leave for an European tour of Baywatch with the cast and crew of the film. PC has signed a global deal with a new hair product. She will shoot a campaign for it. Apart from that, she has six other brands including haute couture line, sportswear, refreshment brand and a nutrition drink to deal with. And she is on a clock for these campaigns. In four days, she has to wrap all that up! Duff & Phelps' 2016 celebrity valuation report has named Priyanka as one of the most valuable celebrity brands in India. Her current remuneration for the same is somewhere between Rs 4 crore and Rs 7 crore per endorsement.

PC will be seen adorning seven magazine covers in next few days. And if that isn't enough, she will also be part of Koffee With Karan. Oh and she will go solo this time. No rival (Deepika Padukone) or boyfriend (Shahid Kapoor) for company this time round. But then a global superstar like her doesn't really need anyone we feel.

PC has a newly done-up abode to spend her days in India. Last time when she was here, she got it tastefully designed and now, she will host a dinner with friends at her home.
