Khushi could not believe what was going on. When Aman asked her to be a part of the programme,she never imagined that it would have such an unexpected thrilling end. Arnav was dancing by encircling his one hand on her waist,the other hand holding her left hand,their body touching each other,breathe falling on each other's face,his eyes looking into hers...it was a heavenly moment for both of them.There was no smile on his face.At last he lifted her with both hands,his both hands encircled her waist,body pressed to each other,slowly making her slide down through his chest...Khushi was breathing heavily...

The audience gave an earbreaking applause,some were shrieking,some were whistling...the media cameras took hundreds of pictures..The dance was over,the media rushed to their side,asked them to pose for photos.The convenors had to strive hard to bring them back to their seats.Arnav decided to go home as people rushed to their side with queries.He took her hand,told his family and Aman that they were leaving and with the help of his securities,reached his car.They got inside and drove on.She was silent.Tears rolled down her eyes.

He was also silent.She heard him calling some one and asking him to reserve two seats for dinner.He drove straight to his friend's restaurant .They were received with flowers.His friend,Karan,came forward and said:We just saw the news in the TV.Why Arnav,you didn't say anything..Anyway I expect a grand party.Please come in Mrs.Raizada.It took a few moments for Khushi to realize that he meant her.Arnav and Khushi were led to upstairs to a fully furnished room.Arnav asked her preference but she was in no mood to eat.She wanted to talk to him alone.

As his friend left closing the door behind him,Khushi asked:Why did you openly declare that we are married?

Arnav:Why,are you sad that you couldn't dance with your admirer?

Khushi:Arnavji,don't be angry with me. You behave like a stranger to me.

Arnav:I tried to make you understand my feelings .You remember the day before we went together to my house?

Khushi:Yes..I remember.

Arnav:.you promised that you would never go away from me.Yes...?

Khushi:Yes

Arnav:Then what did you do?

Khushi took his hands in hers and said:Sorry for everything,please don't talk in that tone.

Arnav snatched his hands away.

Khushi:I'm ready to go away anywhere Arnavji.I don't want to remain in your life as a burden.You are behaving as though I'm your enemy.

Arnav:Then go away..What are you waiting for?

She rose from her seat and was walking towards the door.Then the door opened and the waiters entered.So she had to come back to her seat.Arnav enjoyed his dinner but Khushi ate only very little.

They continued their drive and reached Raizada mansion where they were received with a totally annoyed family.Anjaly,Aakash and Nani were very angry and they began to pour their anger on them.

Nani:Chote,you made us fools infront of the public

Anjaly:You insulted us

Nani:How could you live as strangers if you were married?

Anjaly:Why didn't you tell us earlier?

Nani:And you said that you were going to marry Shilpa.Is there anything wrong with you?

Anjaly:Where was the marriage conducted.How?

Arnav shouted:Stop..We just registered our marriage.

Anjaly:that means..no ceremonies..

Nani:And did you live together?

Arnav:Yes..We ...

Nani:A sin..a big sin... a man and woman become husband and wife only when they practice the concerned rituals and ceremonies.

Nani:Khushi...where is mangalsutra?where is sindoor?

Khushi:She went inside and brought the mangalsutra

Nani:My god..you took out the mangalsutra from your neck?

Khushi:No..naniji he meant to tie it.I didn't allow.

Anjaly:Why?Arnav..what is this?

Khushi:It's not his fault.

Anjaly:Then?

Khushi:I didn't allow him because I was afraid that something adverse would happen to him as I was very afraid of my aunt's curse.

Nani:This is so absurd.How did all this happen?

Khushi:When Arnavji brought me here along with Somnath uncle .

Payal:My God..pappa knows that you are married?

Khushi:No

Nani: what was the need of keeping it secret?

Arnav kept quiet.

Khushi:It's all because of me.I told Arnavji that he had to wait until I get my aunt and Uncle's blessings and your consent and blessings.He agreed but he made me promise that I would not leave him.But I had to go as you know.He is angry and not ready to forgive me.It's my mistake.He is not responsible.

Raj:How did the marriage occur?

Khushi:.My uncle was going to get me married either to Vinod or Vishaal.I didn't like it.And Arnavji also.So we decided to marry.

She looked at Arnav when she explained all these.He stood there expressionless.

Nani:Now,All of you listen to my decision. Arnav..Khushi..do you want to lead a married life? Both looked at each other but kept quiet. Nani:If you don't want to continue with married life,you can mention it now.Both of you won't live under same roof till both of you decide whether you continue with this marriage.

Arnav:Bakwas hai..She is my wife.

All laughed.Khushi smiled at him.

Anjaly:So,,you do mind.

Arnav was embarrassed.

Khushi looked at Arnav and said:I'm sorry for everything Arnavji.Then with tears filled eyes she hurried to her room.

Arnav felt guilty and disturbed.

Nani called:Khushi,come here.

Nani continued:Both of you cannot live under the same roof until ceremonies are over.

Arnav:No..Nani..I won't believe in any ceremonies.

Nani:Chote,don't make me angry.In that case I'll send her to her uncle.

Arnav:Then,we'll go and live somewhere else.

Anjali:Do you dare to defy us?

Khushi:Arnavji,ceremonies are important.

Arnav glared at her and suddenly walked to his room and slammed the door.

Payal:Khushi,both of you are very clever.You didn't give anyone any hint.Tell us how did the marriage occur?What was the reason?

Khushi recalled what happened a few months ago.
