Doubt regarding medical report

Hi guys, I was watching yesterday's episode again and again and my attention got stuck on the medical report which Dev tore. If you carefully read the report, sonakshi's last name was mentioned as dixit and middle name as devrath. Her DOB: 9th jan 1991. her address is Ishwari niwas. but most importantly the date sample collected for test was 14/12/2016 and tested and reported on 14/12/2016 and they tested for her hcg levels which is preganancy hormore in blood. I am confused and curious that Dev tore her pregnancy report which we will get to know today or was it blooper by cvs or trick? Unfortulately I couldn't see her hcg levls😉, it was blurred at that part of the report in the video. Do you have any comments on this report?

Ys i hv also seen dat paper... Wished i also wld hv been able to see d levels... And it was a blooper... Maybe the shooting was done before of report relevation and d tearing of dat after...lets see

So in short what was shown was meant to be the old report taken prior to their wedding ? But the dates on the report showed the current one...Is my understanding rt ?
