Naira needs to respect herself and focus on working on herself as an individual first.
She needs time to mourn the loss of her mother and recover from that. If you truly love someone all you want is for that person to be happy even if that means you're not part of that happiness. You should never force yourself on others. One sided love never works out.
As far as the Singhania's are concerned they are flip flopping. One minute Karthik is part of their family. Next moment Naitik is ready to kill him and Naira wants to make sure Karthik gets the maximum punishment. Next minute they find out he is innocent and want to patch up things for Naira/karthik. For them to expect things to patch up quickly is unreasonable. Everything can't happen according to their convenience. Trust has been broken.
Life doesn't work that way and we don't always get what we want. Even if Karthik has been proven innocent his family reputation has been impacted in the media and he himself has gone through an emotional roller coaster ride. His whole family has been effected by this case. Relationships are fragile like a glass vase. Once broken no matter how hard you try to put the pieces back together it is not quite the same as before. This relationship needs a break. In the long run it will be better for them as both will have learned valuable lessons from this experience.
