If my title was successful in boggling your mind then please start your comment with the following emoji 😕 (Oh god i really am losing my mind...sorry, it's a result of kaira withdrawal symptoms 🤪)
Anyways, to address the title, there were two instances that i would like to note where dadi said something that i either wanted to understand more about or question.

The first was when kirti came back and said that karthik got down from the car and she has no idea where he is, the dadi taunted her by saying "Pata nahin kab rishte sambhalna seeke ghi." So I guess this is in reference to kirti's troubled marriage that we haven't found out about much yet. It seems that the family really isn't supportive of kirti and are neglecting her in her problematic marriage. This dadi only seems to care about manish and karthik really. Which makes me move on to my second point.

Where the dadi really dotes on manish, her eldest son, she seems quite cold towards her youngest son akhilesh. How did i come to this conclusion may you think? Well the dadi said to him each time when he tried to comfort her "Akhilesh tooh toh mujhse baat hi na kar, door reh mujhse". She said this twice, one today and the first time in her first scene she arrived to the goenka villa and was shouting at suvarna. Why does she act like that with him? All he was doing was to pacify her and she was telling him to stay away from her and not talk to her, but as you can see from the quote i have given the way she said it felt like she has something against him or she is mad at him as she said "tooh toh mujhse baat hi na kar..." and the tooh was quite strong each time she said it, indicating she is mad at him for some reason.

Maybe i am digging too deep but why else would she repeat that same line to him twice in different episodes and talk to him like that when he is her son, when she didn't talk to manish like that at all when he also tried to pacify her like akhilesh did. This dadi is one confusing item i tell you 😆

The last thing was rather small but made me laugh my ass off. What did dadi call karthik? Kickoo? It was something like that. C'mon! What a lame nickname.

Agree. Confusing bhi.. OTT bhi.. such a drama queen!

I thought the family was unaware of Keerti's marriage trouble but looks like they know. Hopefully, we will find out why chacha is treated as a 2nd grade citizen by his own mom.

Btw, she called him Kittu.. I was wondering how the cast held their laughter when she called out to Kartik!! (I cannot bring myself to use the nickname)

Yes I noticed Daadi's attitude towards Kirti. I actually didn't know she's had a troubled marriage so thanks for that. I guess that explains Daadi's old-fashioned attitude towards Kirti and her mean words to her.
And I also noticed Daadi's behaviour towards Anklesh.

It seems Daadi is very biased towards Manish and her favourite Kartik and she shows it. This can never be a good thing when you are all living together in a joint family, because jealousy and insecurities stem from such favouritism.

I can see Daadi causing all sorts of trouble in the future.
