1) dev must be telling the doc not to tell sona about not getting pregnant ever... he won't mind if the doctor tells sona that she it was just a false alarm...

2) he had gone to temple coz he saw how happy sona and ishwari are after hearing the baby news and somewhere he knows this won't come true ever...

3) he won't tell doc to lie or not tell sona that there will be complication in her pregnancy... he will be the first one to tell sona that pregnancy might be a difficult one...

p.s- we should wait for episode to air... segments are confusing...

p.p.s- i have a feeling sona is actually pregnant and her pregnancy will be difficult one which will be only known to sona...

That's my prediction too that she must be prego..Becoz dixit family bewakoof ho Sakti h but asha nd bijoy r practical ones. Nd in one seg.sona was shown in room jumping with joy may be she tested by preg. Kit.
