And while most people have attributed Kajol and Karan's fallout to the big box-office clash between Johar's Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and her husband's Shivaay, Ajay has gone out of his way to insist that that wasn't the case.
Time and again, Devgn has told the media that Kajol and Karan Johar were no longer on talking terms because of a deeply personal reason. The 'personal reason' seems to date back to when Karan was at a party & is reportedly said to have made a few nasty comments about Kajol behind her back at this party. All hell broke loose when word reached Kajol's ears, and she called Johar up to give him a piece of her mind.
Ever since, Kajol and Ajay Devgn have both been giving Karan the cold shoulder.
And from the looks of it, the two seem to be in no mood to patch up any time soon. Word is in that recently at Manish Malhotra's birthday party, Kajol & KJo were both invited as guests. And while Kajol was scheduled to leave early, Karan was planning to step in only post 12.
But Kajol seemed to be having a gala time at the party and was in no mood to leave early!
But while Kajol didn't leave as per schedule & KJo arrived earlier than he was supposed to and word is that the latter waited in his car until the actress made an exit.
While this isn't the first time Kajol and Karan are at war but they had patched up after the 2013 fight. It remains to be seen if it will happen this time agian.
