True he did all this to save the family reputation cause he thought if he didn't have a bride then the Oberoi stock prices would go down and they would face a huge crisis in their business. So he forced her into the marriage by kidnapping Sahil and making her think he would kill him if she didn't marry him (Shivaay).

Shivaay was in the verge of realization. But another guy Daksh, his friend came and proposed Anika and she said yes (because she overheard Shivaay speaking ill of her, when in reality Shivaay was telling Omkara the things Tia told him about Anika. Typical mu ) So this Daksh guy made it look like Anika had a one night stand with him and she got paid money for having sex with him. Shivaay ki nazar mei Anika giri and he preponed the marriage but the bride ran away and Shivaay forced her into marrying him by fake kidnapping her bro.
