I won't blame maan that he don't love geet rather he fall in love with chahat wants to pursue his dream. Nor i'll blame geet to do all that she had done all those years when maan was away, she loved him but that was one sided & one sided love always give pain.

Maan never knew what geet did here nor geet know what he was doing away from home. It's just circumstances that lead them at this point.

Is there sudden change of heart in him?

It was hurting her to see them happy but she was there just to see him happy.
